文昌橋工程大體積混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)裂縫成因及控制研究

【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)及社會(huì)生產(chǎn)力的快速發(fā)展,大體積混凝土在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)中的使用日益頻繁。由于混凝土中水泥的水化反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生大量水化熱,且由于自身體積較大不易向外界環(huán)境散發(fā),從而形成內(nèi)外溫差,使混凝土內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生溫度和收縮應(yīng)力,導(dǎo)致大體積混凝土溫度裂縫的產(chǎn)生,影響結(jié)構(gòu)物的外觀質(zhì)量和使用壽命。本文研究的主要目的是在大體積混凝土施工過程中,防止或減少因水泥水化熱引起的結(jié)構(gòu)裂縫,掌握大體積混凝土溫度變化和溫度應(yīng)力變化的規(guī)律性,有針對(duì)地提出控制裂縫的方案,有效地保證大體積混凝土現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工的質(zhì)量,增強(qiáng)結(jié)構(gòu)物的外觀質(zhì)量和使用壽命。本文結(jié)合濰坊濱海經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)文昌橋工程2#墩柱承臺(tái)大體積混凝土溫度控制的工程實(shí)踐,研究分析了大體積混凝土內(nèi)部溫度變化和應(yīng)力變化的規(guī)律,以及工程中采用的溫度控制措施的實(shí)際效果。通過對(duì)文昌橋大體積混凝土承臺(tái)溫控方案及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)分析,從混凝土的組成材料、配合比、施工工藝等幾方面研究大體積混凝土的溫度應(yīng)力、裂縫成因和裂縫控制措施,以期此類項(xiàng)目有一定的指導(dǎo)借鑒作用,減少或避免大體積混凝土溫度裂縫在工程中出現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology and social productivity, mass concrete is used more and more frequently in infrastructure construction. Because the hydration reaction of cement in concrete produces a large amount of hydration heat, and because of its large volume, it is not easy to emit to the outside environment, thus forming the internal and external temperature difference, resulting in temperature and shrinkage stress inside the concrete. The temperature crack of mass concrete is produced, which affects the appearance quality and service life of structure. The main purpose of this paper is to prevent or reduce the structural cracks caused by the hydration heat of cement during the construction of mass concrete, and to master the regularity of temperature change and temperature stress change of mass concrete. In order to ensure the quality of mass concrete construction and enhance the appearance quality and service life of the structure, the crack control scheme is put forward. Based on the engineering practice of temperature control of bulky concrete in pier column cap of Wenchang Bridge Project of Weifang Binhai Economic Development Zone, this paper studies and analyzes the variation of temperature and stress of mass concrete. And the actual effect of the temperature control measures used in the project. Based on the analysis of temperature control scheme and field test data of mass concrete cap of Wenchang Bridge, the temperature stress, crack origin and crack control measures of mass concrete are studied from the aspects of concrete composition material, mix ratio, construction technology and so on. It is expected that this kind of project can be used for reference to reduce or avoid the temperature cracks of mass concrete in engineering.
