北極東北航線集裝箱班輪航次密度優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:對北極東北航線的自然環(huán)境和通航現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了介紹,結(jié)合美國冰雪數(shù)據(jù)研究中心的觀測結(jié)果及北極理事會進(jìn)行的研究,做出了“北極海冰范圍加速縮減,北極航線將實(shí)現(xiàn)全線通航并進(jìn)行商業(yè)化運(yùn)營”的預(yù)期。對帕累托最優(yōu)理論進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述,指出帕累托優(yōu)化配置的實(shí)現(xiàn)條件及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是交換均衡、生產(chǎn)均衡和社會效用最大化,帕累托優(yōu)化配置理論在此運(yùn)用的目的是如何合理配置有限的運(yùn)力資源,使在北極東北航線上運(yùn)營的集裝箱班輪的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益達(dá)到最大。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了帕累托最優(yōu)配置理論在北極東北航線集裝箱班輪航次密度研究中的技術(shù)線路。從航線運(yùn)營成本和貨物庫存成本兩個(gè)方面對北極東北航線集裝箱班輪運(yùn)輸中涉及的成本進(jìn)行了歸納分析,并分別構(gòu)建了航線運(yùn)營成本模型和貨物庫存成本模型。以總成本最小化為目標(biāo),最終建立了帕累托優(yōu)化配置模型。與以往研究的傳統(tǒng)航線相比,北極東北航線在航行環(huán)境、費(fèi)用管理、適航船型等方面均有其特殊性。綜合考慮這些特征因素,對北極東北航線上運(yùn)營的集裝箱班輪的航次密度進(jìn)行了探討。得出的主要結(jié)論有:隨著船型規(guī)模的增大,北極東北航線集裝箱班輪的航線運(yùn)營成本和貨物庫存成本對應(yīng)增加;航次密度越大,航線運(yùn)營總成本越高,貨物庫存總成本越低;隨著船型規(guī)模的增加,帕累托前沿線均衡點(diǎn)與中心頂點(diǎn)之間的距離也越來越大;對于同一種規(guī)模的船型,隨著燃油價(jià)格的上漲,最優(yōu)航次密度有所下降,較小的航次密度減少了周期內(nèi)航線運(yùn)營的總成本;無論燃油價(jià)格處于哪種水平,北極東北航線集裝箱班輪最優(yōu)航次密度都在船型規(guī)模為2400TEU時(shí)達(dá)到最小,而在船型規(guī)模為6600TEU時(shí)達(dá)到最大;當(dāng)船型規(guī)模為2400TEU時(shí),北極東北航線集裝箱班輪船舶的單位航線運(yùn)營成本最低,當(dāng)船型規(guī)模為6600TEU時(shí),單位航線運(yùn)營成本最高。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the natural environment and navigation status of the Arctic northeast route, and combines the observation results of the US Snow and Ice data Research Center and the research carried out by the Arctic Council to make the "Arctic sea ice area to be reduced at an accelerated rate." Arctic routes will be fully operational and commercially operated, "he said. The Pareto optimal theory is expounded in detail. It is pointed out that the conditions and standards of Pareto optimal allocation are exchange equilibrium, production equilibrium and social utility maximization. The purpose of the application of Pareto's optimal allocation theory is how to allocate the limited transportation resources reasonably so as to maximize the economic benefit of the container liner operating on the Arctic northeast route. On this basis, the technical circuit of Pareto optimal allocation theory in the study of the density of container liner in the northeast Arctic route is proposed. This paper sums up and analyzes the cost involved in container liner transportation in the northeast Arctic shipping line from two aspects: route operating cost and cargo inventory cost, and constructs the airline operating cost model and cargo inventory cost model respectively. With the goal of minimizing total cost, a Pareto optimal configuration model is established. Compared with the traditional routes studied in the past, the Arctic Northeast route has its particularity in navigation environment, cost management, airworthiness ship type and so on. Taking these characteristics into account, the density of container liner on the North East Arctic route is discussed. The main conclusions are as follows: with the increase of ship size, the shipping line operating cost and cargo inventory cost of the North East Arctic shipping line increase correspondingly, and the higher the flight density, the higher the total operating cost of the route, and the lower the total cost of cargo inventory; As the size of the ship type increases, the distance between the equilibrium point and the center vertex along the front of Pareto becomes larger and larger. For a ship of the same size, the optimal flight density decreases with the increase of fuel price. The lower flight density reduces the total cost of shipping operation in the cycle; regardless of the level of fuel price, the optimal density of container liner on the North East Arctic route reaches the minimum when the ship's size is 2400TEU. When the size of the vessel is 6600TEU, the cost of the unit route is the lowest, when the scale of the ship is 2400TEU, the cost of the unit route is the highest when the scale of the ship is 6600TEU.
