【摘要】:研究目的:青島地鐵在國(guó)內(nèi)首次將雙護(hù)盾TBM應(yīng)用于城市軌道交通工程,并取得成功,拓寬了雙護(hù)盾TBM的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。本文結(jié)合雙護(hù)盾TBM在青島地鐵2號(hào)線(xiàn)的應(yīng)用,基于Mohr-Coulomb準(zhǔn)則,根據(jù)雙護(hù)盾TBM正常掘進(jìn)情況下的刀盤(pán)推力、撐靴撐力、圍巖強(qiáng)度之間需要滿(mǎn)足的力學(xué)協(xié)調(diào)性,針對(duì)不同圍巖級(jí)別,對(duì)雙護(hù)盾TBM施工中掘進(jìn)參數(shù)及模式選擇進(jìn)行研究,從而為雙護(hù)盾TBM選型及適應(yīng)性分析提供依據(jù)。研究結(jié)論:(1)對(duì)于Ⅱ級(jí)、Ⅲ級(jí)、Ⅳ級(jí)圍巖地層,刀盤(pán)推力可由撐靴提供,可采用雙護(hù)盾掘進(jìn)模式;(2)Ⅴ級(jí)圍巖(軟巖、強(qiáng)風(fēng)化)條件下,撐靴撐力、圍巖承載力及刀盤(pán)推力三者不能滿(mǎn)足力學(xué)協(xié)調(diào)性,滾刀無(wú)法成功破巖,故無(wú)法實(shí)施雙護(hù)盾模式施工,可采用單護(hù)盾掘進(jìn)模式,由管片方式提供反力;(3)根據(jù)雙護(hù)盾TBM正常掘進(jìn)情況下的刀盤(pán)推力、撐靴撐力和圍巖強(qiáng)度之間的力學(xué)協(xié)調(diào)性,得到不同圍巖級(jí)別下相應(yīng)的掘進(jìn)參數(shù);(4)該研究成果可為城市軌道交通工程TBM施工提供理論參考。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to apply double-shield TBM to urban rail transit engineering in Qingdao Metro for the first time in China. The application field of double-shield TBM has been widened. This paper combines the application of double shield TBM in Qingdao Metro Line 2, based on the Mohr-Coulomb criterion, according to the mechanical coordination between the thrust of cutter head, the supporting force of boot and the strength of surrounding rock under the condition of normal driving of TBM with double shield, aiming at different surrounding rock level. The selection of tunneling parameters and modes in the construction of double shield TBM is studied, which provides the basis for the selection of double shield TBM and the analysis of its adaptability.
