高巖溫鐵路隧道支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)體系分級研究

【摘要】:通過熱-應(yīng)力耦合數(shù)值模擬,研究了高巖溫鐵路隧道初期支護(hù)和二次襯砌在不同巖溫下的安全性;通過室內(nèi)試驗測試了鐵路隧道常用防水材料及兩種新型防水材料的高溫性能;通過有限元數(shù)值模擬比選了高巖溫鐵路隧道新型的支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)體系。在以上研究基礎(chǔ)之上,對高巖溫鐵路隧道支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)體系進(jìn)行了分級。結(jié)果表明:高巖溫鐵路隧道支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)體系可以分為四級。當(dāng)巖溫小于45℃時,支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)體系采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計;當(dāng)巖溫為45~60℃時,初期支護(hù)需特殊設(shè)計,需選用新型防水材料;當(dāng)巖溫為60~80℃時,初期支護(hù)和防水材料需特殊設(shè)計,二次襯砌需配筋設(shè)計;當(dāng)巖溫大于80℃時,支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)體系需特殊設(shè)計。
[Abstract]:Through thermal-stress coupling numerical simulation, the safety of initial support and secondary lining of railway tunnel at different rock temperatures is studied, and the high temperature performance of common waterproof materials and two new waterproof materials in railway tunnel are tested through laboratory tests. Through finite element numerical simulation, the new support structure system of high-temperature railway tunnel is compared. On the basis of the above research, the supporting structure system of high-temperature railway tunnel is classified.
