廠拌冷再生用乳化瀝青性能及應(yīng)用技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:乳化瀝青可以常溫下再生舊瀝青路面材料,具有節(jié)省資源,減小環(huán)境污染等特點(diǎn),是冷再生技術(shù)成功推廣的關(guān)鍵材料。本文分析了瀝青乳化原理、乳化瀝青與集料的作用原理和乳化瀝青冷再生混合料強(qiáng)度形成機(jī)理。懫用目前國內(nèi)外常用的三種陽離子慢裂型和一種陽離子中裂型乳化劑制備乳化瀝青并研宄了乳化瀝青的各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo),根據(jù)廠拌冷再生技術(shù)的特點(diǎn),綜合得出慢裂中凝型乳化瀝青在該技術(shù)中的適用性;系統(tǒng)研究RAP材料特性,評(píng)價(jià)集料狀況和瀝青的老化程度,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外常用配合比設(shè)計(jì)方法,確定冷再生混合料的設(shè)計(jì)級(jí)配;并基于振動(dòng)壓實(shí)試驗(yàn)確定了再生混合料的最佳含水量,按照干劈裂強(qiáng)度最大并兼顧濕劈裂強(qiáng)度和干濕劈裂強(qiáng)度比均較大的原則確定了再生混合料的最佳乳化瀝青用量;蠟封法測(cè)混得合料的毛體積密度和空隙率,采用馬歇爾擊實(shí)方法制作試件,通過室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)研宄四種乳化瀝青冷再生混合料的力學(xué)性能;分別基于劈裂試驗(yàn)、車轍試驗(yàn)、無惻限抗壓強(qiáng)度驗(yàn)研試宄了混合料的抗裂性、高溫穩(wěn)定性和7d無側(cè)限抗壓強(qiáng)度,按照凍融劈裂試驗(yàn)和馬歇爾穩(wěn)定度試驗(yàn)研究了混合料的抗水損害能力;在最佳含水量和最佳乳化瀝青用量的條件下研究了水泥摻量對(duì)冷再生混合料路用性能的影響。通過對(duì)比四種冷再生混合料的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo),綜合得出陽離子慢裂中凝型乳化瀝青表現(xiàn)最優(yōu),從而確定了慢裂中凝型乳化瀝青在廠拌冷再生技術(shù)中的適用性。根據(jù)不同水泥摻量下再生混合料性能的表現(xiàn)規(guī)律,兼顧強(qiáng)度、水穩(wěn)定性、無側(cè)限抗壓強(qiáng)度較大及降低工程成本的原則,確定了水泥用量。論文最后通過分析乳化瀝青的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益,充分表現(xiàn)了乳化瀝青應(yīng)用于冷再生技術(shù)中具有的可觀的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值和顯著的環(huán)保價(jià)值。本文研宄結(jié)果可為選取廠拌冷再生工程用的乳化瀝青提供參考,對(duì)深入研宄適合于廠拌冷再生技術(shù)的乳化瀝青提供了試驗(yàn)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Emulsified asphalt can regenerate old asphalt pavement materials at room temperature, which has the characteristics of saving resources and reducing environmental pollution. It is the key material for the successful popularization of cold recycling technology. This paper analyzes the principle of asphalt emulsification, the action of emulsified asphalt and aggregate, and the forming mechanism of cold recycled asphalt mixture strength. The emulsified asphalt was prepared by using three cationic slow cracking type and one cationic intermediate cationic emulsifier, which are commonly used at home and abroad. Finally, the applicability of slow-cracking intermediate coagulant emulsified asphalt in this technology is obtained, the characteristics of RAP materials are systematically studied, the aggregate status and asphalt aging degree are evaluated, and the design gradation of cold recycled mixture is determined by combining the common design methods of mixture ratio at home and abroad. Based on the vibration compaction test, the optimum moisture content of recycled mixture was determined, and the optimum emulsified asphalt content was determined according to the principle of maximum dry splitting strength and greater wet and wet splitting strength ratio. The bulk density and void ratio of the mixture were measured by wax sealing method, and the mechanical properties of four kinds of cold recycled asphalt mixtures were studied by using Marshall compaction method, which were based on split test and rutting test, respectively. The crack resistance, high temperature stability and 7 days unconfined compressive strength of the mixture were studied. According to the freeze-thaw splitting test and Marshall stability test, the water damage resistance of the mixture was studied. The influence of cement content on the road performance of cold recycled mixture was studied under the conditions of optimum moisture content and the optimum amount of emulsified asphalt. By comparing each index of four kinds of cold recycled mixture, the optimum performance of cationic slow cracking intermediate coagulant emulsified asphalt is obtained, and the applicability of slow crack intermediate solidified emulsified asphalt in cold recycling technology is determined. According to the performance law of recycled mixture under different cement content, the principle of considering strength, water stability, high compressive strength without side limit and reducing project cost, the cement dosage is determined. Finally, by analyzing the economic and social benefits of emulsified asphalt, the paper fully shows the considerable economic value and significant environmental protection value of emulsified asphalt used in cold recycling technology. The results of this paper can provide a reference for the selection of emulsified asphalt for cold recycling engineering, and provide experimental basis for further study of emulsified asphalt suitable for cold recycling technology.
