城市綜合體建設項目交通影響評價與實例研究

【摘要】:城市綜合體的建設會吸引大量交通量的產生,這些新增的交通需求會導致建設項目周邊交通服務水平的下降,進而引發(fā)很多交通問題。為了緩解這一矛盾,就需要對城市綜合體建設項目進行交通影響評價。 本文首先對國內外城市綜合體建設項目的交通影響評價研究現(xiàn)狀進行了詳細介紹,在此基礎上提出城市綜合體建設項目交通影響評價流程。其次利用煙羽模型法對城市綜合體的交通影響范圍進行確定,以及運用增長趨勢法預測背景交通量和四階段模型法預測項目交通量預測。同時,選取建設項目周邊區(qū)域主要路段和交叉口,,公共交通設施,靜態(tài)交通設施等評價指標,采用廣義函數(shù)法和層次分析法相結合的方法對綜合體進行交通影響評價。 最后,論文應用上述方法對長春市北站房建設項目進行了交通影響評價,并給出了具體的改善方案。
[Abstract]:The construction of urban complex will attract a large number of traffic volume, these new traffic demand will lead to the decline of traffic service level around the construction project, and then lead to a lot of traffic problems. In order to alleviate this contradiction, it is necessary to carry on the traffic impact evaluation to the urban complex construction project. In this paper, the current situation of traffic impact assessment of urban complex construction projects at home and abroad is introduced in detail, and based on this, the traffic impact assessment process of urban complex construction projects is put forward. Secondly, the smoke plume model method is used to determine the traffic impact range of the urban complex, and the growth trend method is used to forecast the background traffic volume and the four-stage model method to predict the project traffic volume. At the same time, the main road sections and intersections, public transport facilities, static traffic facilities and other evaluation indexes are selected to evaluate the traffic impact of the complex by combining the generalized function method and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method. Finally, the paper uses the above method to carry on the traffic impact evaluation to the Changchun north station building project, and gives the concrete improvement plan.
