【摘要】：從公交線路資源配置和公交服務質(zhì)量兩方面確定評價指標,運用數(shù)據(jù)包絡分析法,以車輛數(shù)、站點數(shù)、線路長度、平均站距為投入指標,以客運量、票價性價比、乘客候車時間、車輛周轉(zhuǎn)時間為產(chǎn)出指標,組成評價指標體系,以青島市黃島區(qū)的公交線路為評價單元,利用DEA-CCR模型,對公交資源配置和服務質(zhì)量協(xié)調(diào)性進行了評價,并根據(jù)評價結(jié)果對公交資源配置和服務質(zhì)量中存在的不足提出了相應建議。
[Abstract]:To determine the evaluation index from two aspects of resource allocation and bus line bus service quality, using data envelopment analysis method, the number of vehicles, the number of stations, line length, average station distance as input indicators, with passenger volume, ticket price, waiting time of passengers, the vehicle turnaround time as output indicators, assessment indicator system, bus lines Huangdao District of Qingdao city as the evaluation unit, using the DEA-CCR model of public resource configuration and quality of service coordination was evaluated according to the evaluation results of public resource allocation and quality of service in the foot and puts forward the corresponding suggestions.
