大城市中心商業(yè)區(qū)交通承載能力研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著經(jīng)濟社會的快速發(fā)展,各地中心商業(yè)區(qū)(CBD)迅速崛起。中心商業(yè)區(qū)作為一個城市綜合實力的體現(xiàn)或地標性建筑群,往往是一個地區(qū)最受矚目的地方。中心商業(yè)區(qū)大多設在城市的各個重點核心地帶,區(qū)內有相當完善的設施,但同時,中心商業(yè)區(qū)也是一個城市交通最擁堵的地方,對于現(xiàn)有的中心商業(yè)區(qū),需要合理改善交通組織,對于擬建的城市新商業(yè)區(qū),則更需要合理的規(guī)劃內部交通基礎設施。論文首先對交通承載力的相關理論進行研究,在闡述交通承載力的概念、特性以及影響因素之后,對交通承載力的主要計算方法進行總結分析,然后在此基礎上,通過分析中心商業(yè)區(qū)的交通特性對中心商業(yè)區(qū)交通承載力進行建模;并在后續(xù)章節(jié)中在商業(yè)區(qū)的交通承載力模型基礎上,分別建立適用于現(xiàn)有或擬建的城市中心商業(yè)區(qū)交通承載力時間預警和空間預警模型,對城市中心商業(yè)區(qū)進行交通時空預警。最后以交通承載力飽和度為指標,運用屬性測度函數(shù)對大城市中心商業(yè)區(qū)交通承載力進行預警評價研究,并以珠海市“城市之心”CBD工程為例進行驗證,得到2020年珠海市“城市之心”CBD工程交通承載力飽和度處于預警等級的第Ⅲ等級“中警”。通過以上研究,論文得到了適用于大城市中心商業(yè)區(qū)的交通承載力模型,并以此為基礎分別建立中心商業(yè)區(qū)時間與空間預警模型,最后基于屬性數(shù)學理論建立了交通承載力預警評價模型。但是論文中各模型所涉及的參數(shù)較多且部分取值采用經(jīng)驗值,文章中多數(shù)案例都以珠海為例,有一定的局限性。因此,在今后的研究中,將以此研究為基點,進一步對大城市中心商業(yè)區(qū)的交通承載力與承載力預警等方面進行深入研究。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of economy and society, CBD (Central Business District) has risen rapidly.As the embodiment of the comprehensive strength of a city or a landmark architectural complex, the central commercial district is often the most attractive place in a region.Most of the central commercial districts are located in the key core areas of the city, and there are quite good facilities in the areas. But at the same time, the central commercial districts are also the most congested places in the city. For the existing central commercial districts,It is necessary to improve the traffic organization reasonably, and to plan the internal transportation infrastructure for the proposed new commercial district.In this paper, the related theories of traffic carrying capacity are studied firstly, and then the main calculation methods of traffic carrying capacity are summarized and analyzed after explaining the concept, characteristics and influencing factors of traffic carrying capacity, and then on this basis,The traffic carrying capacity of the central commercial district is modeled by analyzing the traffic characteristics of the central commercial district, and based on the traffic carrying capacity model of the commercial district in the following chapters,The time and space early warning models of traffic carrying capacity of urban central commercial district were established, respectively, and the traffic space-time early warning model of urban central commercial district was established.Finally, taking the saturation of traffic carrying capacity as the index, the paper uses attribute measure function to study the early warning evaluation of traffic carrying capacity in the central commercial district of big city, and verifies the CBD project of "heart of the city" in Zhuhai City as an example.It is obtained that the saturation of traffic carrying capacity of CBD project in Zhuhai City in 2020 is in the third grade of early warning grade "middle police".Through the above research, the paper obtains the traffic carrying capacity model which is suitable for the big city central business district, and establishes the time and space early warning model of the central commercial district respectively.Finally, an early warning evaluation model of traffic carrying capacity is established based on attribute mathematics theory.However, there are many parameters involved in each model and some of the empirical values are used. Most of the cases in this paper take Zhuhai as an example, which has some limitations.Therefore, in the future research, we will further study the traffic carrying capacity and the early warning of the traffic carrying capacity of the central commercial district of the big city based on this research.
