基于隧道磁阻傳感器的車輛探測(cè)器研究

【摘要】:設(shè)計(jì)了一款基于隧道磁電阻傳感器(TMR)的車輛探測(cè)器。通過理論分析與仿真,確定了車輛探測(cè)器的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)。對(duì)車輛所產(chǎn)生的磁異常信號(hào)進(jìn)行了測(cè)量與分析,并根據(jù)磁異常信號(hào)的特征設(shè)計(jì)了專用檢測(cè)電路。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)車輛探測(cè)器的線性度、噪聲、帶寬、檢測(cè)距離、有效探測(cè)率等性能指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了標(biāo)定和測(cè)試。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,該車輛探測(cè)器的最遠(yuǎn)探測(cè)距離可達(dá)4 m,在3.5 m的探測(cè)距離內(nèi)有效探測(cè)率達(dá)100%。該車輛探測(cè)器擁有精度高、線性度好、體積小、功耗低等優(yōu)勢(shì),適用于高靈敏度的運(yùn)動(dòng)車輛目標(biāo)檢測(cè)和探測(cè)。
[Abstract]:A vehicle detector based on tunnel magnetoresistance sensor (TMR) is designed.Through theoretical analysis and simulation, the key indexes of vehicle detector are determined.The magnetic anomaly signal produced by the vehicle is measured and analyzed, and a special detection circuit is designed according to the characteristics of the magnetic anomaly signal.On this basis, the linearity, noise, bandwidth, detection distance and effective detection rate of vehicle detector are calibrated and tested.The test results show that the maximum detection range of the vehicle detector is 4 m, and the effective detection rate is 100 in the 3.5 m detection range.The vehicle detector has the advantages of high precision, good linearity, small volume and low power consumption. It is suitable for moving vehicle target detection and detection with high sensitivity.
