聚羧酸減水劑復(fù)配技術(shù)在超長灌注樁混凝土中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:結(jié)合某大橋超長灌注樁混凝土夏季施工情況,通過與緩凝劑、消泡劑及引氣劑等組分的復(fù)合對聚羧酸高性能減水劑進(jìn)行改性,調(diào)節(jié)混凝土的工作性,并主要研究不同摻量的消泡劑、引氣劑和緩凝劑對混凝土的工作性、凝結(jié)時間以及28 d抗壓強度的影響。結(jié)果表明:通過向HY900型聚羧酸高效減水劑中復(fù)配消泡、引氣以及緩凝組分,可以顯著改善混凝土拌合物和易性,減小混凝土坍落度經(jīng)時損失,并延長混凝土凝結(jié)時間。經(jīng)過對比試驗,確定最佳復(fù)配組成為DF-16型消泡劑的摻量為2‰,AZA型引氣劑的摻量為3‰,葡萄糖酸鈉摻量為6%。
[Abstract]:Combined with the summer construction of super-long cast-in-place pile concrete of a certain bridge, the high performance water reducing agent of polycarboxylic acid was modified by the combination of retarder, defoamer and air-entraining agent, and the workability of concrete was adjusted.The effects of defoaming agent, air entraining agent and retarder on the workability, setting time and 28d compressive strength of concrete were studied.The results show that by adding defoaming, air entrainment and retarding components to HY900 polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer, the mixing and easiness of concrete can be improved significantly, the slump loss of concrete can be reduced, and the setting time of concrete can be prolonged.Through the contrast test, the optimum composition of DF-16 type defoamer was determined to be 2 鈥,
