【摘要】:2011年5月,麥肯錫發(fā)布了《大數(shù)據(jù):創(chuàng)新、競爭和生產力的下一個新領域》報告,指出大數(shù)據(jù)中蘊含了巨大的價值。微軟則開始研究運用大數(shù)據(jù)分析去發(fā)現(xiàn)未知規(guī)則,人類社會信息化發(fā)展正式進入到一個被稱為“大數(shù)據(jù)(Big Data) "的時代。相對社會各界對大數(shù)據(jù)的關注和研究不斷升溫,海事系統(tǒng)對大數(shù)據(jù)的認知和實踐相對遲緩。在海事信息化建設的關鍵節(jié)點,深入研究大數(shù)據(jù)的內涵和核心技術,結合山東海事信息化建設發(fā)展實際,探索以數(shù)據(jù)驅動的海事管理決策具有很強的現(xiàn)實意義。本文在深入探討大數(shù)據(jù)、信息化的概念與特征、大數(shù)據(jù)與信息化的關系的基礎上,以山東海事信息化建設為研究對象,借鑒其他行業(yè)系統(tǒng)信息化建設情況,針對山東海事信息化建設存在的問題,根據(jù)山東海事信息化建設現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢,運用大數(shù)據(jù)思想對海事系統(tǒng)信息化建設積累的海量數(shù)據(jù)進行充分利用,在構建數(shù)據(jù)共享、交換的標準體系的基礎上,提出基于大數(shù)據(jù)的山東海事信息系統(tǒng)架構設計,實現(xiàn)寶貴數(shù)據(jù)資源的集中、存儲和應用,為海事科學監(jiān)管和決策提供支持。本文共分5個章節(jié):第一章介紹了研究背景、研究意義、研究方法等;第二章介紹了大數(shù)據(jù)、云計算和信息化概念,并分析了它們相互間的關系;第三章介紹了山東海事信息化建設現(xiàn)狀,分析了大數(shù)據(jù)背景下山東海事信息化存在的問題;第四章提出了基于大數(shù)據(jù)的山東海事信息系統(tǒng)的總體設計;第五章通過搭建科學監(jiān)管信息平臺實踐驗證了系統(tǒng)的整體設計思路,利用數(shù)據(jù)關聯(lián)調用和挖掘分析技術,實現(xiàn)船舶動態(tài)監(jiān)管、交通流統(tǒng)計分析和執(zhí)法力量科學調用等功能。
[Abstract]:In May 2011, McKinsey released a report entitled big data: the next New Field of Innovation, Competition and Productivity, pointing out the enormous value involved in big data.Microsoft began to study the use of big data analysis to discover the unknown rules, the development of human society information formally entered the era known as "big data Big data".In contrast to the concern and research of big data from all walks of life, the maritime system's cognition and practice to big data is relatively slow.At the key node of maritime information construction, it is of great practical significance to study the connotation and core technology of big data, and to explore the decision of maritime administration driven by data combined with the development practice of Shandong maritime information construction.On the basis of deeply discussing the concepts and characteristics of big data, information technology and the relationship between big data and informatization, this paper takes Shandong maritime information construction as the research object, and draws lessons from the information construction of other industries.In view of the problems existing in Shandong maritime information construction, according to the present situation and development trend of Shandong maritime information construction, using big data's thought to make full use of the massive data accumulated in the maritime information construction, we are constructing the data sharing.Based on the standard system of exchange, this paper puts forward the framework design of Shandong Maritime Information system based on big data, which realizes the concentration, storage and application of valuable data resources, and provides support for maritime scientific supervision and decision-making.This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter introduces the research background, research significance, research methods and so on, the second chapter introduces big data, cloud computing and information technology concepts, and analyzes the relationship between them.The third chapter introduces the present situation of Shandong maritime information construction, analyzes the existing problems of Shandong maritime informatization under the background of big data, the fourth chapter puts forward the overall design of Shandong maritime information system based on big data.The fifth chapter verifies the whole design idea of the system through the practice of setting up the scientific supervision information platform, and realizes the functions of ship dynamic supervision, traffic flow statistics analysis and law enforcement power scientific call by using the technology of data association calling and mining analysis.
