【摘要】：道路運輸業(yè)是節(jié)能減排的重點行業(yè),碳排放量的合理測算對節(jié)能減排工作的推進具有重要意義。分別采用基于投入產(chǎn)出法和基于過程分析法的碳排放測算模型對福建省2004—2013年道路運輸碳排放進行了測算,并利用基于投入產(chǎn)出法的測算模型比較了福建省和江蘇省的道路運輸碳排放總量、結(jié)構(gòu)及效率�；趦煞N模型的測算結(jié)果分析了這兩種常用碳排放測算模型的特點。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)福建省道路運輸業(yè)碳排放狀況好于江蘇省;(2)近年來,福建省道路運輸業(yè)碳排放的增長放緩,甚至開始下降,碳排放效率逐年提高;(3)福建省道路運輸業(yè)能源消耗結(jié)構(gòu)逐年改善,但目前仍以高排放能源為主;(4)基于投入產(chǎn)出法的碳排放測算結(jié)果要小于基于過程分析法的測算結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:Road transportation industry is the key industry of energy saving and emission reduction, and the reasonable measurement of carbon emissions is of great significance to the promotion of energy saving and emission reduction.The carbon emission measurement models based on input-output method and process analysis method were used to measure the carbon emissions of road transportation in Fujian Province from 2004 to 2013.The total carbon emissions, structure and efficiency of road transportation in Fujian Province and Jiangsu Province were compared by using the input-output method.Based on the results of the two models, the characteristics of the two commonly used carbon emission models are analyzed.The results show that the situation of carbon emissions from road transportation in Fujian Province is better than that in Jiangsu Province.) in recent years, the growth of carbon emissions from road transportation in Fujian Province has slowed down, or even begun to decline.The energy consumption structure of road transportation industry in Fujian Province has been improved year by year, but it is still dominated by high-emission energy. The result of carbon emission measurement based on input-output method is smaller than that based on process analysis method.
