【摘要】：為實現(xiàn)高速公路設計方案的節(jié)地效果綜合評價及其多目標決策,提出了一種新的基于改進熵權(quán)法的評價方法,進而實現(xiàn)高速公路方案的優(yōu)選決策。結(jié)合指標特點,對高速公路設計備選方案進行基于改進熵權(quán)法的多目標綜合評價方法設計:引入指標值合理區(qū)間的概念,設計樣本數(shù)據(jù)歸一化函數(shù),實現(xiàn)指標的標準化,結(jié)合節(jié)地效果評價要求,針對傳統(tǒng)熵權(quán)法的弊端對熵權(quán)計算公式進行改進。在將專家主觀賦權(quán)和熵權(quán)客觀賦權(quán)相結(jié)合進行綜合賦權(quán)的基礎上,建立基于指標隸屬度的評分函數(shù),對備選方案的綜合評價打分排序,實現(xiàn)高速公路設計方案的優(yōu)選決策。結(jié)合大廣高速某路段進行了實例分析,證明了該方法的適用性。
[Abstract]:A new evaluation method based on the improved entropy weight method is proposed to realize the comprehensive evaluation and multi-objective decision-making of the freeway design scheme, and then the optimal selection decision of the expressway scheme is realized. The multi-objective comprehensive evaluation method based on the improved entropy weight method is designed for the alternative scheme of highway design: the concept of reasonable interval of index value is introduced, the normalization function of sample data is designed, and the standardization of index is realized. In view of the disadvantages of traditional entropy weight method, the calculation formula of entropy weight is improved according to the requirements of land saving effect evaluation. Based on the combination of subjective weight of experts and objective weight of entropy, a scoring function based on index membership degree is established. The comprehensive evaluation and ranking of the alternative schemes are carried out to realize the optimal selection decision of the expressway design scheme. A case study on a section of Daguang Expressway is carried out, which proves the applicability of the method.
