【摘要】：由于高速公路項目建設(shè)工程量大、質(zhì)量等級高、協(xié)同工作部門多、工期緊等特點,而現(xiàn)場人力資源緊張,監(jiān)理及管理人員不可能對每個施工現(xiàn)場都做到特別詳盡記錄與監(jiān)督。在高速公路建設(shè)期,保證施工質(zhì)量,做到管理無盲區(qū)、管理方法和措施與工程建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀相吻合,及時了解與控制施工現(xiàn)場是保證高速公路安全穩(wěn)定的建設(shè)的基本前提。因此研究高速公路建設(shè)質(zhì)量控制方法具有重要意義。本文針對上述問題,設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了高速公路建設(shè)PDA質(zhì)量巡查系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)包括PDA移動終端子系統(tǒng)、中心數(shù)據(jù)庫、服務(wù)端子系統(tǒng)三個部分,管理人員通過手持PDA設(shè)備上的移動終端子系統(tǒng),對施工現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行地點定位、拍照、描述、上傳圖片,通過GPRS網(wǎng)絡(luò)與中心數(shù)據(jù)庫實現(xiàn)通信,將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)質(zhì)量信息與病害質(zhì)量信息分類傳回后臺中心數(shù)據(jù)庫。監(jiān)管人員與其他管理人員可在后臺服務(wù)端通過能聯(lián)網(wǎng)的PC機登陸服務(wù)端子系統(tǒng),訪問系統(tǒng)的web服務(wù)器進(jìn)而與后臺中心數(shù)據(jù)庫實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)通信,實時查看現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)信息,并可遠(yuǎn)端處理病害信息。該系統(tǒng)通過對數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)一管理,可以使業(yè)主、監(jiān)理、施工單位管理人員依據(jù)各自職能與權(quán)限,實現(xiàn)信息資源實時共享,協(xié)同管理與解決現(xiàn)場問題,從根本上解決了所有管理人員實時把控現(xiàn)場施工質(zhì)量與施工進(jìn)度的問題。本文的研究成果,可極大提高高速公路項目建設(shè)管理及施工的信息化、專業(yè)化,可有效保證高速公路有序施工,遏制質(zhì)量通病,節(jié)約管理成本,提高管理效能,有利于高速公路施工的精細(xì)化管理,提高我國高速公路建設(shè)質(zhì)量管理水平,具有重要的工程實用價值。
[Abstract]:Due to the characteristics of large quantity, high quality grade, cooperative work department and tight construction period of expressway project, the human resources on the spot are tight. It is impossible for supervisors and managers to record and supervise every construction site in detail. During the period of expressway construction, the quality of construction is guaranteed, the blind area is managed, and the management methods and measures are consistent with the present situation of engineering construction. Knowing and controlling the construction site in time is the basic premise to ensure the safety and stability of expressway construction. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the quality control method of expressway construction. This system includes three parts: PDA mobile terminal subsystem, central database and server subsystem. The construction site is located, photographed, described, uploaded and communicated with the central database through the GPRS network. The standard quality information and disease quality information are classified back to the backstage central database. Supervisors and other managers can log on to the server subsystem through a networked PC on the back end server. The web server accessing the system can realize data communication with the backstage central database, view the field data information in real time, and handle the disease information remotely. Through the unified management of the data, the system can make the owners and supervisors, According to their respective functions and limits of authority, the managers of construction units can share information resources in real time, cooperate in management and solve problems on the spot. The problem that all managers control the construction quality and progress in real time is solved fundamentally. The research results of this paper can greatly improve the informatization and specialization of the expressway project construction management and construction. It can effectively guarantee the orderly construction of freeway, contain the common quality problems, save the management cost, improve the efficiency of the management, be helpful to the fine management of the expressway construction, and improve the quality management level of the expressway construction in our country. It has important practical value in engineering.
