【摘要】：復雜運營環(huán)境下自然與人為因素所引發(fā)的眾多隧道火災(zāi)已造成了重大的社會影響和經(jīng)濟損失�；馂�(zāi)已成為威脅隧道安全運營的主要災(zāi)害之一,其對隧道襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)會產(chǎn)生嚴重的損傷乃至破壞。盾構(gòu)襯砌為裝配式結(jié)構(gòu),接縫多以螺栓連接,火災(zāi)高溫下易發(fā)生管片爆裂和接縫連接薄弱部位受損而誘發(fā)的突然破壞;同時,由于盾構(gòu)隧道周圍地層的約束作用有限,其襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)體系受火損壞后垮塌的風險極高。為提高軟土地層環(huán)境下盾構(gòu)隧道裝配式襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)體系的耐火能力及火災(zāi)安全性,本文調(diào)研了盾構(gòu)隧道火災(zāi)安全研究現(xiàn)狀,對與盾構(gòu)隧道火災(zāi)安全研究相關(guān)的試驗及理論分析工作做了較為全面的綜述,主要包括:火災(zāi)高溫下盾構(gòu)隧道襯砌管片力學特性試驗與理論分析模型,火災(zāi)高溫下管片接縫力學特性試驗與理論分析模型,火災(zāi)高溫下盾構(gòu)襯砌體系力學特性試驗與理論分析模型,火災(zāi)高溫下盾構(gòu)隧道周圍地層力學行為研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上,針對大直徑盾構(gòu)隧道的火災(zāi)試驗,高溫引起的盾構(gòu)襯砌管片材料性能劣化評價及主動式抗火管片的材料設(shè)計,火災(zāi)高溫條件下盾構(gòu)襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)計算模型精細化這3個核心問題,展望了盾構(gòu)襯砌受火災(zāi)影響的研究方向和思路。
[Abstract]:Many tunnel fire complex operation environment caused by natural and man-made factors have caused great social impact and economic losses. The fire has become one of the main disasters threaten the safety management of tunnels, cause serious damage and even destruction of the tunnel lining structure of shield lining. Assembled many joints connected by screw bolts. Fire prone segment burst and joints of weak parts damaged caused sudden destruction; at the same time, owing to the restriction effect of shield tunnel surrounding strata are limited, the lining structure system under fire damage after the collapse of the high risk. For fire resistance of fire safety and improve the soft soil environment of shield tunnel prefabricated lining system in this paper, research status of tunnel fire safety, security and Research on shield tunnel fire test and theoretical analysis is made for the relevant work A comprehensive review, including: experimental and theoretical analysis of shield tunnel lining mechanical characteristics model under fire, experimental and theoretical analysis of mechanical characteristics of segment joints under fire model test and theoretical analysis, the mechanical properties of shield lining system model under fire, on the mechanical behavior of surrounding strata under fire shield tunnel. Based on this, according to the fire test of large diameter shield tunnel design, material properties of shield segment material degradation evaluation caused by high temperature and active fire resistance segment, under the condition of high temperature fire shield lining structure calculation of the 3 core issues of model refinement, the direction of research and ideas of the prospect of shield tunnel affected by the fire.
