【摘要】：綿茂公路星旺大橋位于四川省綿竹市境內(nèi),連接漢旺鎮(zhèn)和拱星鎮(zhèn)兩鎮(zhèn),是綿茂公路漢旺鎮(zhèn)繞城段。右岸為漢旺鎮(zhèn)"無(wú)錫工業(yè)園區(qū)"的錫旺大道,左岸為拱星鎮(zhèn)工業(yè)大道。綿遠(yuǎn)河由西北向東南流經(jīng)本區(qū),擬建橋梁橋軸線與綿遠(yuǎn)河正交。本文闡述了該項(xiàng)目工程可行性研究,具體內(nèi)容如下:(1)依據(jù)該項(xiàng)目影響區(qū)域的實(shí)際情況,分別從綿茂公路避繞漢旺城區(qū)的需要、保護(hù)漢旺工業(yè)遺址和旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)的需要、完善區(qū)域路網(wǎng)的需要、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需要及對(duì)外溝通的需要等方面論述了綿茂公路星旺大橋工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的必要性;(2)對(duì)綿茂公路星旺大橋影響區(qū)域的交通量進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,分析總結(jié)出實(shí)測(cè)交通量與年平均日交通量、交通出行分布及客、貨車(chē)比例及運(yùn)輸貨類(lèi)特點(diǎn);根據(jù)交通量分析結(jié)果,并采用"四階段法"預(yù)測(cè)綿茂公路星旺大橋影響區(qū)域趨勢(shì)型及誘增型社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、預(yù)測(cè)未來(lái)各小區(qū)的趨勢(shì)型及誘增型的交通出行產(chǎn)生和吸引量及預(yù)測(cè)交通出行分布,并根據(jù)預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果在路網(wǎng)上進(jìn)行了交通量的分配;(3)根據(jù)綿茂公路星旺大橋影響區(qū)域交通量分析結(jié)果、橋址的自然概況、施工條件及材料來(lái)源等進(jìn)行了橋位及橋型方案的選擇,并從經(jīng)濟(jì)及環(huán)境影響兩方面對(duì)綿茂公路星旺大橋建設(shè)方案進(jìn)行了可行性分析;對(duì)確定的綿茂公路星旺大橋建設(shè)方案的實(shí)施進(jìn)行了組織設(shè)計(jì),包括施工條件、建設(shè)工期與實(shí)施計(jì)劃、工程管理實(shí)施方案并給處了一些保證工程質(zhì)量及工期的措施。通過(guò)以上分析得出,綿茂公路星旺大橋工程可行的初步結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:The Xinwang Bridge of Mianmao Highway is located in Mianzhu City, Sichuan Province, connecting Hanwang Town and Gongxing Town. It is the roundabout section of Hanwang Town of Mianmao Highway. On the right bank is the Siwang Avenue of Hanwang Town "Wuxi Industrial Park". The left bank is Gongxing Town Industrial Avenue. Mianyuan River flows through this area from northwest to southeast. The axis of bridge and bridge is proposed to be orthogonal to Mianyuan River. This paper expounds the feasibility study of the project, the concrete contents of which are as follows: (1) according to the actual situation of the area affected by the project, From the needs of the Mianmao Highway to avoid the needs of surrounding Hanwang urban areas, the need to protect Hanwang industrial sites and the needs of tourism industry development, and the need to improve the regional road network, This paper discusses the necessity of the construction of Xinwang Bridge on Mianmao Highway from the aspects of the need of economic development and the need of communication with the outside world. (2) the traffic volume of the affected area of Xingwang Bridge on Mianmao Highway is investigated. The characteristics of measured traffic volume and annual average daily traffic volume, traffic travel distribution, passenger, freight car ratio and freight category are analyzed and summarized. The "four-stage method" is used to predict the regional trend and economic development of Xinwang Bridge, and to predict the trend and attraction of traffic and the distribution of traffic travel in each district in the future. According to the forecast results, the traffic volume distribution is carried out on the road network. According to the traffic volume analysis results of the influence area of Xingwang Bridge on Mianmao Highway, the natural situation of the bridge site, the construction conditions and the sources of materials, the bridge location and bridge type scheme are selected. The feasibility of the construction scheme of Xingwang Bridge of Mianmao Highway is analyzed from the two aspects of economic and environmental impact, and the implementation of the construction scheme of Xingwang Bridge on Mianmao Highway is organized and designed, including the construction conditions. The construction period and implementation plan, the project management implementation scheme and some measures to ensure the project quality and duration are given. Through the above analysis, the preliminary conclusion of the project feasibility of Xingwang Bridge of Mianmao Highway is obtained.
