【摘要】：隨著我國公路運輸業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,公路超載問題日益突出,受到全社會的廣泛關注。超載運輸不僅破壞了公路網(wǎng),加速地面損傷、引發(fā)交通事故還擾亂運輸市場秩序,從而造成大量人員傷亡和財產(chǎn)損失。目前,國內外對于超載的研究主要集中于分析超載的成因和行政治理措施,而未從公路運輸量專項調查數(shù)據(jù)的角度,研究影響公路運輸超載的因素并對其產(chǎn)生的影響進行定量分析。本文基于2015年公路運輸量專項調查采集的公路貨、客運車輛的基本信息、能耗信息和運輸信息探討影響公路貨、客運超載的影響因素,為查超、治超工作提供理論依據(jù)。首先,介紹公路運輸量調查方案及基于公路運輸車輛基本信息、能耗信息和運輸信息,從超載分布情況、運輸生產(chǎn)、運輸量區(qū)域分布方面分析了安徽省公路運輸特征;其次,針對傳統(tǒng)的二元Logistic回歸難以實現(xiàn)高階交互、無法將連續(xù)變量合理離散化的問題,采用二元Logistic-CART決策樹結合的方法對公路貨運超載關鍵影響因素進行識別,并提出治理對策。最后,綜合運用單因素顯著性檢驗、多重共線性診斷、Logistic回歸對公路客運超載關鍵影響因素進行識別,并提出治理對策。研究結果表明,貨運車輛超載影響因素為經(jīng)營類型、標記噸位、經(jīng)營模式、調查旬貨運量、標記噸位/調查旬貨運量交互作用、調查旬平均運距/調查旬貨運量交互作用、標記噸位/調查旬平均運距交互作用、標記噸位/調查旬貨運量/調查旬平均運距交互作用,并且二元Logistic-CART決策樹結合模型的AUC較傳統(tǒng)二元Logistic提高0.05,二者差異有統(tǒng)計學意義;客運車輛的超載影響因素為標記客位、調查旬客運量。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of highway transportation in China, the problem of highway overloading is becoming more and more prominent, and it has received extensive attention from the whole society. Overload transportation not only destroys the road network, accelerates the ground damage, causes traffic accidents, but also disturbs the order of transportation market. At present, domestic and foreign researches on overload mainly focus on the analysis of the causes of overload and administrative measures, but not from the perspective of the special survey data of road traffic volume. Based on the highway cargo, the basic information of passenger transport vehicle, energy consumption information and transportation information, this paper discusses the influence of highway cargo based on the special survey of highway traffic volume in 2015. The influencing factors of passenger overloading provide theoretical basis for the investigation and treatment of overloading. Firstly, the investigation scheme of highway traffic volume and the basic information of highway transport vehicles, energy consumption information and transportation information are introduced, and the distribution of overload and transportation production are introduced. The characteristics of highway transportation in Anhui Province are analyzed in terms of regional distribution of traffic volume. Secondly, the traditional binary Logistic regression is difficult to achieve high order interaction and can not reasonably discretize continuous variables. This paper uses the method of binary Logistic-CART decision tree to identify the key influencing factors of highway freight overloading, and puts forward some countermeasures. Finally, the single factor significance test is used synthetically. Logistic regression is used to identify the key influencing factors of highway passenger overloading, and the countermeasures are put forward. The results show that the influencing factors of overloading of freight vehicles are management type, marked tonnage, management mode, and the quantity of goods transported in ten days is investigated.
