基于乘客感知出行時間最佳的公交站點間距優(yōu)化方法研究

【摘要】:公交站點間距研究是站點布局中非常重要的一個環(huán)節(jié),站點間距的大小不僅影響著公交的運營管理、運行效率和公交系統(tǒng)的站點覆蓋率,也影響著乘客的對公交的使用體驗。隨著配套設施的完善和新技術的應用普及,尤其是近年來大數(shù)據的發(fā)展,公共交通信息化的步伐和動態(tài)化管理的進程不斷加快,公共交通的發(fā)展目標也漸漸由滿足出行者剛性需求向提供更優(yōu)質服務和更舒適體驗的方向轉變。因此,本文從乘客的公交使用體驗出發(fā),對公交站點間距優(yōu)化問題進行了深入的研究探討。首先在消費經濟學原理的基礎上,綜合考慮公交乘客的出行距離、出行目的、收入水平、感知舒適性等因素對乘客出行心理及出行行為的影響;而后引入涉入度這一概念作為反映乘客在使用公共交通服務時心理狀態(tài)的指標,驗證了 CIP量表在對公交乘客的調查中的可靠性和有效性是可接受的,并從乘客心理的角度分析更深層次的影響乘客感知出行時間的因素,為提高公共交通管理水平、改善公共交通服務質量提供思路和理論支持;最后以提高公交吸引力為出發(fā)點,乘客感知出行時間最佳為優(yōu)化目標,在公交出行時間鏈的基礎上建立站點間距優(yōu)化模型,并將模型運用于具體實例中,檢驗了模型各參數(shù)的靈敏度,并與以乘客出行時間最優(yōu)為目標的站點間距優(yōu)化模型進行了對比驗證。
[Abstract]:The study of bus station spacing is a very important link in the layout of stations. The size of station spacing not only affects the operation management, operation efficiency and bus station coverage of bus system. With the improvement of supporting facilities and the popularization of new technologies, especially the development of big data in recent years, the pace of public transport informatization and the process of dynamic management have been accelerated. The development goal of public transport is gradually changing from meeting the rigid demand of travelers to providing better service and more comfortable experience. In this paper, the optimization of bus stop spacing is discussed. Firstly, on the basis of the principle of consumer economics, the travel distance, purpose and income level of bus passengers are comprehensively considered. The influence of factors such as perceived comfort on passengers' travel psychology and travel behavior, and then introducing the concept of involvement as an indicator to reflect the psychological state of passengers in the use of public transport services. The reliability and validity of the CIP scale in the investigation of public transport passengers are proved to be acceptable, and the factors that affect passengers' perceived travel time are analyzed from the perspective of passengers' psychology, in order to improve the level of public transport management. To improve the quality of public transport services to provide ideas and theoretical support; finally, to improve the attractiveness of public transport as the starting point, passenger perception travel time as the optimal goal, in the bus travel time chain based on the establishment of the bus space optimization model. The sensitivity of each parameter of the model is tested and compared with the optimal passenger travel time model.
