【摘要】:隨著橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的退化,橋梁維修加固已成為當(dāng)前公路橋梁發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)。簡(jiǎn)支變連續(xù)梁橋因其結(jié)構(gòu)受力簡(jiǎn)單已成為我國(guó)高速公路上的一種主要橋型,但是隨著橡膠支座的損傷失效,該類橋梁普遍面臨著支座更換的問(wèn)題。本文在總結(jié)分析該類橋梁支座更換施工方案和工藝的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)對(duì)實(shí)際工程進(jìn)行應(yīng)用研究,為保障該類工程施工安全和成本控制提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)和指導(dǎo)。論文的具體研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)從施工方案和工藝兩方面,分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外支座更換施工現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題,總結(jié)了多種連續(xù)梁橋支座更換方法的適用范圍和技術(shù)關(guān)鍵。(2)從工程實(shí)例出發(fā),對(duì)整體同步頂升施工方案進(jìn)行可行性研究。通過(guò)仿真分析,為一連續(xù)T梁橋設(shè)計(jì)了鋼蝴蝶梁法更換支座施工方法,系統(tǒng)總結(jié)了具體可行的頂升施工方案。(3)對(duì)采用單支座布置形式的T梁及小箱梁兩種橋型進(jìn)行施工過(guò)程仿真模擬。分析了縱向逐墩或多墩、橫向同步頂升更換支座過(guò)程中主梁應(yīng)力、位移及支反力的變化規(guī)律,驗(yàn)證了縱向逐墩、橫向同步頂升工況下主梁的安全性,得到了使橋梁頂升過(guò)程中各截面的受力優(yōu)化的縱向多墩、橫向同步頂升方案。
[Abstract]:With the degradation of bridge structure, bridge maintenance and reinforcement has become the focus of highway bridge development. However, with the damage and failure of rubber bearings, this kind of bridge is generally faced with the problem of replacement of bearings. On the basis of summing up and analyzing the construction plan and technology of replacement of the bearings of this kind of bridges, this paper studies the application of practical engineering. In order to provide experience and guidance for ensuring construction safety and cost control of this kind of projects, the concrete research contents of this paper are as follows: 1) from the two aspects of construction scheme and technology, the present situation and existing problems of replacement construction of supports at home and abroad are analyzed. This paper summarizes the scope of application and key technology of replacement of bearing of continuous girder bridge. Based on the engineering example, the feasibility study of the whole synchronous lifting construction scheme is carried out, and the simulation analysis is carried out. For a continuous T-beam bridge, the construction method of replacing bearing with steel butterfly beam method is designed. This paper summarizes the concrete and feasible scheme of lifting construction. It simulates the construction process of T-beam and small box girder with single support arrangement, and analyzes the longitudinal pier-by-pier or multi-pier. The changes of the stress, displacement and support reaction force of the main beam in the process of the lateral synchronous lifting and replacement of the support verify the safety of the main beam under the longitudinal pier-by-pier and the transverse synchronous lifting. The longitudinal multi-pier and transverse synchronous lifting scheme are obtained to optimize the force of each section in the process of bridge uplift.
