【摘要】:橋面鋪裝是橋梁工程中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)環(huán)節(jié),自上世紀(jì)90年代以來(lái),我國(guó)掀起了一股大跨徑橋梁的建設(shè)熱潮,而這些新建的大跨徑橋梁之中,絕大多數(shù)均采用了正交異性鋼橋面板,這就進(jìn)一步加快了鋼橋面鋪裝的研究進(jìn)程,也促成了我國(guó)鋼橋面鋪裝事業(yè)的發(fā)展。針對(duì)目前鋼橋大量廣泛應(yīng)用的現(xiàn)狀,在國(guó)內(nèi)形成一套相對(duì)完整的鋼橋面鋪裝成套應(yīng)用技術(shù)已成為亟待完成的課題。世界上最早開(kāi)展鋼橋面鋪裝研究和實(shí)踐的國(guó)家是德國(guó),隨后法國(guó)、日本、美國(guó)等國(guó)家也相繼開(kāi)展了這方面的工作,德國(guó)、日本還制定了相應(yīng)的技術(shù)規(guī)范。這些國(guó)家對(duì)鋼橋橋面鋪裝層設(shè)計(jì)(包括鋪裝材料與厚度設(shè)計(jì))主要采用結(jié)合材料試驗(yàn)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)法?v觀各國(guó)大跨徑橋梁的鋼橋面鋪裝情況,各種鋪裝材料均有不同程度的應(yīng)用,有的主張采用厚層鋪裝,有的主張薄層鋪裝,且使用效果也各不相同。本文主要以青島跨海大橋試驗(yàn)橋的施工為基礎(chǔ),合理利用試驗(yàn)設(shè)備和施工工藝,對(duì)澆注式瀝青混凝土橋面鋪裝技術(shù)進(jìn)行深入探討。青島跨海大橋橫跨青島膠州灣,把青島東、西兩個(gè)主要城區(qū)連接起來(lái)。東起主城區(qū)308國(guó)道,跨越膠洲灣海域,西至黃島紅石崖,路線全長(zhǎng)約35.4公里,其中海上段長(zhǎng)度26.75公里。青島側(cè)陸上橋梁5.85公里。紅石崖側(cè)陸上段橋梁及道路共0.9公里,紅島連接線長(zhǎng)1.9公里,該項(xiàng)目總投資達(dá)到99.38億元。通過(guò)調(diào)研對(duì)比,膠州灣高速公路(青島至黃島方向)女姑口大橋與海灣大橋在環(huán)境、交通量及荷載等方面較接近,作為橋面鋪裝試驗(yàn)橋具有代表性,經(jīng)指揮部與青島市高管處協(xié)商,選擇該橋(試驗(yàn)截取長(zhǎng)度為600m,寬度5.5m,厚度9cm)。進(jìn)行實(shí)體試驗(yàn)研究。通過(guò)工程實(shí)際施工過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題,經(jīng)過(guò)仔細(xì)的分析和研究,針對(duì)施工實(shí)際情況,制定了專項(xiàng)施工方案和施工措施。在實(shí)事求是的基礎(chǔ)上,以科學(xué)合理,技術(shù)工藝先進(jìn)可行而又經(jīng)濟(jì)適用為原則,結(jié)合工程實(shí)際有關(guān)質(zhì)量、工期、安全、環(huán)保等要求進(jìn)行編制施工組織計(jì)劃。實(shí)施項(xiàng)目法施工的管理模式,通過(guò)對(duì)技術(shù)、方案、勞務(wù)、設(shè)備、材料、資金、信息、時(shí)間與空間條件的優(yōu)化處置,實(shí)現(xiàn)工期、成本、質(zhì)量及社會(huì)信譽(yù)的預(yù)期目標(biāo)效果。堅(jiān)持專業(yè)化組織施工的原則,安排具有豐富施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)的專業(yè)隊(duì)伍承擔(dān)。依托本次青島海灣大橋試驗(yàn)橋項(xiàng)目的施工對(duì)澆注式瀝青混凝土橋面鋪裝結(jié)構(gòu)與施工工藝參數(shù)的研究對(duì)具有重大意義。在今后的澆注式瀝青混凝土橋面鋪裝施工當(dāng)中,我們吸取國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)施工經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合相關(guān)理論知識(shí)和每個(gè)具體項(xiàng)目施工的實(shí)際情況,優(yōu)化施工方案,編排合理的施工組織計(jì)劃,嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行;同時(shí)加強(qiáng)質(zhì)量控制,使理論知識(shí)真正的與工程實(shí)踐結(jié)合起來(lái),發(fā)揮其應(yīng)有的功用。
[Abstract]:Deck pavement is a key technology in bridge engineering. Since -10s, there has been an upsurge in the construction of long-span bridges in China. Among these newly built long-span bridges, most of them use orthotropic steel bridge panels. This further speeds up the research process of steel bridge deck pavement, and also promotes the development of steel bridge deck pavement in China. Forming a relatively complete set of steel deck pavement application technology in China has become an urgent task to be completed. The earliest country in the world to carry out research and practice of steel bridge deck pavement is Germany, then France, Japan, The United States and other countries have also carried out this work one after another. Germany, Japan has also drawn up corresponding technical specifications. These countries mainly adopt the empirical design method of combined material test for the design of deck pavement of steel bridges (including pavement material and thickness design). All kinds of paving materials are applied to different degrees, some of them are used in thick layer pavement, others in thin layer pavement, and the results are different. This paper is mainly based on the construction of the test bridge of Qingdao Sea Crossing Bridge. Reasonable use of test equipment and construction technology is used to discuss the paving technology of pouring asphalt concrete bridge deck. The bridge across Jiaozhou Bay, Qingdao connects two main urban areas of Qingdao east and west, and starts 308 National Road in main urban area from east to west. Across the sea area of Jiaozhou Bay, to the west of Huangdao Hongshiya, the route is about 35.4 kilometers long, of which the length of the sea section is 26.75 kilometers, the length of the Qingdao side of the land bridge is 5.85 kilometers, the length of the bridge and road on the side of the red stone cliff is 0.9 km, and the length of the Red Island connection line is 1.9 km. The total investment of the project is nine billion nine hundred and thirty-eight million yuan. Through investigation and comparison, the Wugukou Bridge of Jiaozhou Bay Expressway (from Qingdao to Huangdao) is close to the Bay Bridge in terms of environment, traffic volume and load. After consultation between the headquarters and the Qingdao City Executive Office, the bridge (the test intercept length is 600m, width is 5.5 m, thickness is 9 cm) is selected to carry out solid test research. Through the practical construction process of the project, the problems encountered are carefully analyzed and studied. According to the actual situation of construction, the special construction scheme and construction measures are formulated. On the basis of seeking truth from facts, taking scientific and reasonable, advanced technology, feasible and economical application as the principle, combined with the actual project quality, time limit, safety, Environmental protection and other requirements for the preparation of construction organization plans. Implementation of the project method of construction management model, through the technology, scheme, labor, equipment, materials, funds, information, time and space conditions to achieve optimal disposal, time, cost, Target effect of quality and social reputation. Adhere to the principle of professional organization of construction, The construction of the experimental bridge project of Qingdao Bay Bridge is of great significance to the study of the pavement structure and construction process parameters of pouring asphalt concrete bridge deck. In the future construction of pouring asphalt concrete bridge deck pavement, We draw on advanced construction experience at home and abroad, combine with relevant theoretical knowledge and the actual situation of each specific project, optimize the construction plan, arrange reasonable construction organization plan, strictly carry out, at the same time, strengthen the quality control, Make the theory knowledge truly combine with the engineering practice, give play to its due function.
