【摘要】:隨著高速公路建設(shè)的迅速發(fā)展,就地?zé)嵩偕夹g(shù)在我國(guó)高速公路養(yǎng)護(hù)中有著顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益。本文主要對(duì)就地?zé)嵩偕劁仚C(jī)組中的復(fù)拌機(jī)進(jìn)行了研究并對(duì)復(fù)拌機(jī)測(cè)控系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。通過對(duì)復(fù)拌機(jī)的研究,把復(fù)拌機(jī)測(cè)控系統(tǒng)分為加熱系統(tǒng),行走系統(tǒng),工作系統(tǒng)和輔助系統(tǒng)4個(gè)子系統(tǒng),根據(jù)每個(gè)子系統(tǒng)的功能,分析其液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)原理,選擇合適的液壓控制元件,設(shè)計(jì)液壓控制系統(tǒng);提出以IEC61131-3編程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)開發(fā)的TTC200控制器和ST104V5T高性能顯示模塊為核心的復(fù)拌機(jī)測(cè)控系統(tǒng)硬件總體方案設(shè)計(jì),采用模塊化思想對(duì)復(fù)拌機(jī)工作流程進(jìn)行軟件設(shè)計(jì),并在CAN總線報(bào)文設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)現(xiàn)了監(jiān)控?cái)?shù)據(jù)的交換。為了驗(yàn)證加熱復(fù)拌機(jī)測(cè)控系統(tǒng)的可靠性,對(duì)該系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了部分功能的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)試,并根據(jù)調(diào)試現(xiàn)象及數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)測(cè)控系統(tǒng)做了相應(yīng)的驗(yàn)證,調(diào)試結(jié)果證明本測(cè)控系統(tǒng)基本達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)目的,滿足加熱復(fù)拌機(jī)智能化的需求。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of highway construction, The geothermal regeneration technology has remarkable economic and social benefits in the maintenance of expressway in China. This paper mainly studies the remixing machine in the geothermal regeneration and repaving unit and designs the measuring and controlling system of the remixing machine. Through the research of the remixing machine, The measurement and control system of remixing machine is divided into four subsystems: heating system, walking system, working system and auxiliary system. According to the function of each subsystem, the hydraulic driving principle is analyzed, the suitable hydraulic control element is selected, and the hydraulic control system is designed. This paper presents the hardware design of the control system of the remixing machine, which is based on the TTC200 controller and the high performance display module of ST104V5T, which is developed by the IEC61131-3 programming standard. The software design of the work flow of the remix machine is carried out by using the modularization idea. In order to verify the reliability of the measurement and control system of the heating remix machine, the system is debugged in the field based on the design of the CAN bus message. The test and control system is verified according to the debugging phenomenon and data. The debugging results show that the system basically achieves the purpose of design and meets the demand of intelligent heating remixing machine.
