【摘要】：機械預切槽法結(jié)合了盾構(gòu)的盾殼保護開挖理念和新奧法處理復雜地層自由靈活的理念,在預筑拱的保護下可以進行下部隧道大斷面開挖。這種方法在土砂等強度極低場合以及近接施工方面具有顯著的優(yōu)勢,是一種很有發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ乃淼朗┕し椒�。文章結(jié)合當前預切槽法試驗中槽內(nèi)混凝土噴灌困難這一難題,在資料調(diào)研及計算分析基礎(chǔ)上,論述了預切槽法對槽內(nèi)混凝土強度及其它性能的特殊要求,計算得出雙線大斷面黃土隧道切槽內(nèi)混凝土8h抗壓強度應達到12 MPa,研究提出要解決槽內(nèi)混凝土難以噴灌的問題,需要改進傳統(tǒng)的噴混凝土設(shè)備,同時要優(yōu)化混凝土配比并進行切槽混凝土的室內(nèi)試驗和現(xiàn)場取芯試驗對比。
[Abstract]:The mechanical pre-cutting method combines the shield shell protection and excavation concept of shield machine and the flexible concept of the New Ordovician method to deal with complex strata freely. Large section excavation of the lower tunnel can be carried out under the protection of pre-arch. This method has obvious advantages in very low strength and near joint construction, such as soil and sand, etc. It is a kind of tunnel construction method with great potential for development. This paper combines with the difficult problem of sprinkling irrigation of concrete in the slot in the test of pre-cutting method, based on the investigation of data and the calculation and analysis. This paper discusses the special requirements for concrete strength and other properties in the slot by pre-cutting method, and calculates that the compressive strength of concrete in the slot of double-line large section loess tunnel should be up to 12 MPA for 8 h. The problem that it is difficult to sprinkle the concrete in the slot is studied and put forward. It is necessary to improve the traditional shotcrete equipment and optimize the ratio of concrete and carry out the indoor test and the field core-taking test of the slotted concrete.
