天然集料路用混凝土性能研究及成本分析

【摘要】:近年來,公路建設(shè)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施逐步完善。然而路面缺棱少角、裂縫斷板的現(xiàn)象經(jīng)常會發(fā)生,因此需要尋求有效途徑使公路的使用性能得到改善,使用壽命進(jìn)一步延長。我國海岸線長,天然卵石資源較為豐富,但是應(yīng)用在公路中并不廣泛。本文通過系統(tǒng)研究天然卵石混凝土的性能,對其技術(shù)可行性論證。并通過天然卵石混凝土公路工程項(xiàng)目在全壽命周期內(nèi)成本的分析,評估其在經(jīng)濟(jì)上的合理性。為了研究天然卵石路用混凝土的性能,本文設(shè)置了天然卵石混凝土和普通碎石混凝土這兩種混凝土力學(xué)性能對比試驗(yàn)和耐久性能對比試驗(yàn)。為了保證試驗(yàn)結(jié)果更好地應(yīng)用于工程實(shí)際中,首先對試驗(yàn)中的原材料進(jìn)行了一系列基本性能的測定,然后控制天然卵石混凝土和普通碎石混凝土流動性相同這一條件,確定出兩種混凝土的配合比。力學(xué)性能對比試驗(yàn)的設(shè)計(jì)思路是配制不同強(qiáng)度等級的混凝土試件,進(jìn)行抗壓強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)和抗折強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn),對比兩種混凝土試件的強(qiáng)度差異。耐久性能對比試驗(yàn)包括干縮性能對比試驗(yàn)和凍融性能對比試驗(yàn)。干縮性能對比試驗(yàn)的設(shè)計(jì)思路是選取流動性相同的天然卵石混凝土配合比和普通碎石混凝土配合比配制混凝土試件,測定試件的干縮系數(shù)這一指標(biāo),從而得出混凝土的干縮性能。凍融性能對比試驗(yàn)的設(shè)計(jì)思路是選取流動性相同的天然卵石混凝土配合比和普通碎石混凝土配合比配制混凝土試件,分別測定試件在不同冷凍和融化循環(huán)下的橫向基頻并稱其質(zhì)量,通過質(zhì)量損失率這一指標(biāo)評價(jià)混凝土的抗凍性能。對天然卵石路用混凝土公路工程成本的研究是從工程項(xiàng)目全壽命周期的角度進(jìn)行的。首先構(gòu)建了全壽命周期成本計(jì)算模型,包括建設(shè)成本計(jì)算模型、運(yùn)營成本計(jì)算模型、拆除成本計(jì)算模型、環(huán)境影響成本計(jì)算模型、社會影響成本計(jì)算模型。然后通過工程實(shí)例分別計(jì)算天然卵石混凝土公路項(xiàng)目和普通碎石混凝土公路項(xiàng)目的全壽命周期成本。通過兩種混凝土公路下的成本分析,評價(jià)天然卵石混凝士在公路工程項(xiàng)目中的成本。本文通過以上對天然卵石路用混凝土性能和成本的研究,得出天然卵石混凝土路用性能良好,而且不論是力學(xué)性能還是耐久性能都在一定程度上優(yōu)于普通碎石混凝土。另外從經(jīng)濟(jì)性的角度,天然卵石混凝土公路全壽命成本與普通碎石混凝土公路相比要低。這為天然卵石混凝土用于公路工程項(xiàng)目提供了理論指導(dǎo),使天然卵石能更多地得到利用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the scale of highway construction continues to expand, and the traffic infrastructure is gradually improved. However, the phenomenon of pavement lacking edges and less angles, cracks and broken plates often occurs. Therefore, it is necessary to find effective ways to improve the performance of the highway. The service life of our country is extended further. Our country has a long coastline and abundant natural pebble resources, but it is not widely used in highway. This paper systematically studies the performance of natural pebble concrete. Through the analysis of the cost of the natural pebble concrete highway project in the whole life cycle, the economic rationality of the natural pebble concrete highway project is evaluated. In order to study the performance of the natural pebble road concrete, In this paper, two kinds of concrete, natural pebble concrete and ordinary crushed stone concrete, have been set up to compare their mechanical properties and durability, in order to ensure that the test results are better applied in engineering practice. First, a series of basic properties of the raw materials in the test were measured, and then the fluidity of natural pebble concrete and ordinary crushed stone concrete was controlled under the same condition. The design idea of the contrast test of mechanical properties is to prepare concrete specimens of different strength grades to carry out compressive strength test and flexural strength test. The strength differences between the two concrete specimens are compared. The durability contrast tests include dry shrinkage test and freeze-thaw performance comparison test. The design idea of the dry shrinkage performance contrast test is to select the natural pebble mixture with the same fluidity. Compounding concrete specimens with compounding ratio of solidified soil and ordinary crushed stone concrete, Measuring the dry shrinkage coefficient of the specimen, The design idea of the contrast test of freeze-thaw performance is to select the mixture ratio of natural pebble concrete with the same fluidity and the mix ratio of ordinary crushed stone concrete to prepare concrete specimen. The transverse fundamental frequencies of the specimens under different freezing and melting cycles were measured and called mass, The research on the engineering cost of natural pebble road concrete highway is carried out from the point of view of the whole life cycle of the engineering project. First, the calculation model of the whole life cycle cost is constructed. Including construction cost calculation model, operation cost calculation model, demolition cost calculation model, environmental impact cost calculation model, The calculation model of social impact cost is used to calculate the whole life cycle cost of natural pebble concrete highway project and ordinary crushed stone concrete highway project through engineering examples. The cost of natural pebble coagulant in highway project is evaluated. Through the study of the performance and cost of natural pebble concrete, it is concluded that the natural pebble concrete has good pavement performance. And both mechanical and durable properties are to some extent superior to those of ordinary crushed stone concrete. In addition, from an economic point of view, The whole life cost of natural pebble concrete highway is lower than that of ordinary crushed stone concrete highway, which provides theoretical guidance for natural pebble concrete to be used in highway engineering projects and makes natural pebble more useful.
