【摘要】:輕軌站臺(tái)智能門(mén)控系統(tǒng)是保障列車(chē)運(yùn)行安全、提高運(yùn)營(yíng)效率的重要設(shè)備,其作用是實(shí)現(xiàn)列車(chē)運(yùn)行安全控制、定位停車(chē)后列車(chē)門(mén)與屏蔽門(mén)的聯(lián)動(dòng)。為了擺脫國(guó)外在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)壟斷,促進(jìn)我國(guó)城市軌道交通裝備的進(jìn)步,針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)門(mén)控技術(shù)的現(xiàn)狀,研究和掌握輕軌站臺(tái)智能門(mén)控系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)具有重要意義。本文分析了輕軌站臺(tái)智能門(mén)控系統(tǒng)的基本構(gòu)成和工作原理,并完成了關(guān)鍵部件的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。論文在門(mén)控單元設(shè)計(jì)上采用一個(gè)中央控制器同時(shí)控制兩個(gè)安全門(mén),實(shí)現(xiàn)兩個(gè)門(mén)同時(shí)啟動(dòng)、同時(shí)關(guān)閉,達(dá)到安全門(mén)定位準(zhǔn)確、易于控制的目標(biāo);采用直流無(wú)刷電動(dòng)機(jī)作為驅(qū)動(dòng)部件,保證系統(tǒng)輸出的力矩和轉(zhuǎn)速穩(wěn)定,并且在同樣功率輸出情況下,體積較小、所耗功率也較小;在智能網(wǎng)關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)中,通過(guò)CAN和MODBUS實(shí)現(xiàn)了門(mén)控單元和主控制器的雙向通信;電源系統(tǒng)采用了先進(jìn)的UPS,全數(shù)字處理,使控制電路、參數(shù)設(shè)定和運(yùn)行管理更加完美,自檢和自偵測(cè)功能更加強(qiáng)大。實(shí)踐證明:通過(guò)開(kāi)展本課題研究,極大地保證了輕軌站臺(tái)智能門(mén)控系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的穩(wěn)定性和可靠性。
[Abstract]:The intelligent gate control system of light rail platform is an important equipment to ensure the safety of train operation and improve the efficiency of operation. Its function is to realize the safety control of train operation. In order to get rid of the foreign technology monopoly in related fields and promote the progress of the equipment of urban rail transit in our country, aiming at the present situation of gate control technology in China, It is of great significance to study and master the key technologies of intelligent gate control system for light rail platform. This paper analyzes the basic structure and working principle of intelligent gate control system for light rail platform. The system design of key components is completed. In the design of gate control unit, one central controller is used to control two safety gates simultaneously, to realize the two gates to start simultaneously and close at the same time, so as to achieve the goal of accurate positioning and easy control of the safety door. The DC brushless motor is used as the driving component to ensure the stability of the torque and rotational speed of the system, and in the case of the same power output, the volume is smaller and the power consumption is smaller. In the design of the intelligent gateway, the DC brushless motor is used as the driving component. The bi-directional communication between the gate control unit and the main controller is realized through CAN and MODBUS, and the power supply system adopts advanced UPS-all-digital processing, which makes the control circuit, parameter setting and operation management more perfect. The self-inspection and self-detection functions are more powerful. The practice proves that the stability and reliability of the intelligent gate control system of the light rail platform are greatly guaranteed by the research of this subject.
