潼榮高速公路曾家山隧道圍巖分級(jí)及穩(wěn)定性評價(jià)

【摘要】:改革開放以來,國家對基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的投資與建設(shè)越來越重視,在鐵路和公路的建設(shè)上體現(xiàn)得尤為明顯。伴隨著科技的發(fā)展以及施工方式的改進(jìn),公路隧道越修越長、越修約深的發(fā)展趨勢是不可逆轉(zhuǎn)的。準(zhǔn)確的圍巖分級(jí)及穩(wěn)定性評價(jià)是隧道勘察工作的核心部分,本文以重慶潼榮高速公路曾家山隧道項(xiàng)目為依托,運(yùn)用定性和定量方法對圍巖進(jìn)行分級(jí)以及隧道進(jìn)出口段穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行評價(jià),借助COMSOL Multiphysics軟件模擬隧道開挖后,圍巖的應(yīng)力和位移變化,主要研究成果如下:(1)采用BQ法對圍巖進(jìn)行分級(jí),曾家山隧道左右線圍巖共分為Ⅲ級(jí)、Ⅳ級(jí)、Ⅴ級(jí)3個(gè)級(jí)別。右線:Ⅲ級(jí)圍巖占比最大,長度687m,占比為42.22%;Ⅳ級(jí)圍巖長度475m,占比為29.19%;Ⅴ級(jí)圍巖占比最小,長度465m,占比為28.58%。左線:Ⅲ級(jí)圍巖占比最大,長度690m,占比為42.38%;Ⅳ級(jí)圍巖長度480m,占比約為29.48%;Ⅴ級(jí)圍巖占比最小,長度458m,占比約為28.13%。(2)根據(jù)公路隧道設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范圍巖分級(jí)的評定指標(biāo)和曾家山隧道的地質(zhì)條件選用6個(gè)評價(jià)因素,建立評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用模糊數(shù)學(xué)理論,對隧道圍巖進(jìn)行分級(jí),分級(jí)結(jié)果與BQ法結(jié)果一致。(3)采用赤平投影圖解法對隧道進(jìn)出口段進(jìn)行穩(wěn)定性評價(jià):天然狀態(tài)下進(jìn)出口段斜坡穩(wěn)定性較好,但圍巖為Ⅴ級(jí)圍巖,巖體較破碎,在隧道施工時(shí)有可能發(fā)生失穩(wěn)變形,需進(jìn)行及時(shí)支護(hù)。(4)選取隧道5個(gè)典型斷面采用COMSOL Multiphysics軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,分析隧道開挖后,圍巖的應(yīng)力和位移的分布特征和變化規(guī)律:Ⅲ級(jí)圍巖段,圍巖穩(wěn)定性較好,位移量較小;Ⅳ級(jí)圍巖段,圍巖穩(wěn)定性一般,位移量較大并與埋深呈正相關(guān);Ⅴ級(jí)圍巖段,圍巖穩(wěn)定性較差,位移量大。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the state has paid more and more attention to the investment and construction of infrastructure, especially in the construction of railways and highways. With the development of science and technology and the improvement of construction methods, highway tunnels are being built longer and longer. The development trend of overbuilding contract depth is irreversible. Accurate surrounding rock classification and stability evaluation is the core part of tunnel investigation. This paper relies on the Zengjiashan Tunnel Project of Tongrong Expressway in Chongqing. The qualitative and quantitative methods are used to evaluate the stability of surrounding rock and the stability of tunnel inlet and outlet. The stress and displacement changes of surrounding rock after excavation are simulated by COMSOL Multiphysics software. The main results of this study are as follows: (1) the surrounding rock is classified by using the method of Bq.
