帶形城市交通特征及公交模式選擇研究

【摘要】:帶形城市是指城市形態(tài)受限于自然地形條件,城市拓展沿川道延伸,城市可建設(shè)用地多為河谷盆地,建成區(qū)用地已呈現(xiàn)或?qū)⒊尸F(xiàn)帶狀分布的城市。除受地形限制外,城市沿交通軸線方向擴(kuò)展也會(huì)形成帶形城市。我國(guó)內(nèi)陸一些城市由于受對(duì)外公路、鐵路交通干線的影響,沿著交通軸線兩側(cè)發(fā)展為帶狀布局;南方許多城市受水運(yùn)線路影響沿水面單側(cè)分布發(fā)展形成帶形結(jié)構(gòu)。在我國(guó),地級(jí)以上不同規(guī)模帶形城市約有43個(gè),如深圳、蘭州、濟(jì)南、杭州、寶雞、吉林、平?jīng)、銅川、延安、鎮(zhèn)江等。帶形城市沿交通軸線干道布局,與其它形態(tài)相比,交通運(yùn)行簡(jiǎn)單流暢。但隨著城市規(guī)模擴(kuò)大和人口不斷增加,交通壓力漸增,且受限于地形,道路資源增加困難,最終導(dǎo)致路網(wǎng)整體運(yùn)行效果不佳,交通擁堵嚴(yán)重,制約城市發(fā)展。本文從帶形城市物理形態(tài)特征角度出發(fā),研究其空間演變和交通特征,對(duì)帶形城市的交通問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析。在我國(guó)“公交優(yōu)先”戰(zhàn)略前提下,研究帶形城市公共交通模式的選擇,通過(guò)選擇模型指標(biāo)、確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重、最后基于AHP-模糊綜合評(píng)判建立模型進(jìn)行方案比選。(1)城市形態(tài)與城市交通相互作用,在功能布局與交通系統(tǒng)相互協(xié)調(diào)的過(guò)程中城市形態(tài)不斷演化。本文對(duì)不同規(guī)模、不同階段的帶形城市的空間演變和交通特征進(jìn)行了分析,探討帶形城市交通與城市形態(tài)的互動(dòng)關(guān)系。(2)結(jié)合實(shí)例分析了帶形城市的交通特征:居民出行特征、路網(wǎng)特征和交通流特征等,并基于交通特征分析提出帶形城市與城市形態(tài)相關(guān)的交通性能指標(biāo)及城市形態(tài)因素。(3)分析了帶形城市空間形態(tài)與公共交通發(fā)展模式的適應(yīng)性、帶形城市公交模式選擇的影響因素,利用AHP-模糊綜合評(píng)判法建立帶形城市公交模式選擇結(jié)構(gòu)模型并進(jìn)行方案選擇。(4)以吉林市為例,結(jié)合其交通特征條件,基于上述模型方法對(duì)其公共交通發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行研究。
[Abstract]:A zonal city refers to a city whose form is restricted by natural topographic conditions, urban development extends along Sichuan Road, urban buildable land is mostly river valley basin, and the land used for construction has been or will take on a zonal distribution. Some inland cities in our country are affected by external highways and railway trunk lines, which develop into zonal layout along the two sides of the traffic axis. In China, there are about 43 zonal cities with different scales above the prefectural level, such as Shenzhen, Lanzhou, Jinan, Hangzhou, Baoji, Jilin, Pingliang, Tongchuan, etc. Yan'an, Zhenjiang, etc. The layout of the belt city along the main road along the traffic axis, compared with other forms, the traffic operation is simple and smooth. But with the expansion of the city scale and the increasing population, the traffic pressure is gradually increasing, and the traffic pressure is limited by the terrain. It is difficult to increase the road resources, which leads to the poor overall operation effect of road network, serious traffic congestion and restricting the development of the city. This paper studies the spatial evolution and traffic characteristics of the belt city from the point of view of the physical form characteristics of the belt city. On the premise of "bus priority" strategy in our country, this paper studies the choice of public transport mode of belt city, and determines the index weight by selecting the index of model. Finally, a model based on AHP- fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is set up to compare the schemes between urban form and urban traffic. In the process of coordination between function layout and traffic system, urban form evolves continuously. The spatial evolution and traffic characteristics of belt cities in different stages are analyzed, and the interactive relationship between traffic and urban forms in belt cities is discussed. The characteristics of road network and traffic flow, and based on the analysis of traffic characteristics, the traffic performance indexes related to the form of a belt city and the factors of urban form are put forward, and the adaptability of the spatial form of a belt city to the development mode of public transportation is analyzed. Based on the AHP- fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the structural model of bus mode selection in belt city is established and the scheme is selected. (4) taking Jilin City as an example, combining with its traffic characteristic conditions, this paper discusses the factors that influence the choice of public transport mode in a belt city. Based on the above model, the development model of public transport is studied.
