鋁土礦海上運輸安全風險研究綜述

【摘要】:基于易流態(tài)化固體散裝貨物的定義,將具有類似特性的鋁土礦作為研究對象,通過梳理易流態(tài)化固體散裝貨物海上運輸風險的研究現(xiàn)狀,評述2類研究方法——船舶與海洋工程方法和系統(tǒng)安全工程方法,探討貨物含水量及其本質物理屬性作為熱點的研究脈絡,研討作為承載工具的船舶適裝性及其穩(wěn)性特征,論述自然環(huán)境對船舶和貨物的影響,探究船舶營運的全過程風險,歸納了有關流態(tài)化機理的研究結論。鋁土礦安全運輸?shù)难芯亢蛯嵺`表明國際航運業(yè)對鋁土礦船運時的流態(tài)化機理尚不清晰、研究方法不足、應對措施不強,展望未來應開展以下工作:健全鋁土礦海上運輸監(jiān)管機制、強化鋁土礦與散貨船的耦合機理研究、開展鋁土礦運輸船舶營運的過程風險研究、推進鋁土礦海運安全風險管理的智能化。
[Abstract]:Based on the definition of easy fluidized solid bulk cargo, bauxite with similar characteristics is regarded as the research object. This paper reviews two kinds of research methodsship and ocean engineering methods and system safety engineering methods, discusses the research context of cargo water content and its essential physical properties as a hot spot, and discusses the ship's suitability and stability characteristics as a carrying tool. This paper discusses the influence of natural environment on ship and cargo, and probes into the whole process risk of ship operation. The research and practice of safe transportation of bauxite show that the fluidization mechanism of bauxite is not clear, the research method is insufficient, and the countermeasures are not strong. In the future, the following work should be carried out: perfecting the supervision mechanism of bauxite transport, strengthening the study on the coupling mechanism between bauxite and bulk carriers, and carrying out the research on the process risk of bauxite transport ship operation. Promote the intelligent management of safety risk in bauxite mine maritime transportation.
