【摘要】：當(dāng)今社會經(jīng)濟(jì)中,高速公路是一種現(xiàn)代化的公路運(yùn)輸通道,對沿線經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展起著越來越重要的作用。高速公路建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的好壞直接影響到人民出行的安全,同時還影響地方的形象和信譽(yù)。因此,將高速公路建設(shè)作為項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行研究,對提高高速公路建設(shè)的質(zhì)量具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。論文首先對項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了綜述,其次以G2411高速公路為例,討論了項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量策劃,包括項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量目標(biāo)、資源配置等,并依據(jù)質(zhì)量策劃的結(jié)果進(jìn)行了項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制,最后,對項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過程中發(fā)生的質(zhì)量問題進(jìn)行了分析并提出了改進(jìn)措施。對高速公路建設(shè)的質(zhì)量管理有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In today's society and economy, expressway is a modern highway transportation channel, which plays a more and more important role in the development of economy along the highway. The quality of expressway construction project directly affects the safety of people's travel. At the same time, it also affects the local image and credibility. Therefore, the study of highway construction as a project has an important practical significance to improve the quality of highway construction. Firstly, this paper summarizes the relevant theories of project quality management. Secondly, taking G2411 Expressway as an example, this paper discusses the quality planning of the project, including the quality target of the project, resource allocation and so on, and carries on the project quality control according to the result of the quality planning, finally, This paper analyzes the quality problems in the process of the project construction and puts forward the improvement measures, which can be used for reference in the quality management of the expressway construction.
