既有路網(wǎng)下基于中小城市的快速通道網(wǎng)布局研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,中小城市已初具規(guī)模,發(fā)展迅速。我國(guó)城市發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)區(qū)域一體化的趨勢(shì)以及隨著城市化進(jìn)程的加快,中小城市在面臨發(fā)展機(jī)遇的同時(shí),也遇到對(duì)內(nèi)對(duì)外交通的難題。本文根據(jù)新規(guī)定,闡述了中小城市的范疇,確定研究范圍;通過(guò)對(duì)實(shí)際的快速通道項(xiàng)目情況進(jìn)行歸納分析,對(duì)快速通道進(jìn)行定義。其后,分析中小城市與快速通道的相互作用關(guān)系,包括中小城市對(duì)快速通道的需求分析,中小城市構(gòu)建市域快速通道的可行性分析等。對(duì)既有路網(wǎng)進(jìn)行了界定,重點(diǎn)分析高速公路、普通干線(xiàn)公路與中小城市的銜接關(guān)系,然后分析既有干線(xiàn)公路對(duì)中小城市快速通道布局的影響。通過(guò)對(duì)公路網(wǎng)與城市快速路規(guī)劃方法優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合中小城市快速通道布局的特點(diǎn),本文選用點(diǎn)線(xiàn)面網(wǎng)絡(luò)層次分析法對(duì)中小城快速通道進(jìn)行規(guī)劃布局,并根據(jù)中小城市的特點(diǎn),對(duì)中小城市點(diǎn)、線(xiàn)、面三個(gè)層次依次分析,論述了點(diǎn)層確定方法和原則、線(xiàn)層確定線(xiàn)位走向及線(xiàn)位類(lèi)型、面層的幾個(gè)內(nèi)容等,提出基于點(diǎn)線(xiàn)面層次分析法的中小城市快速通道網(wǎng)布局的思路和流程;結(jié)合中小城市快速通道布局,引入間接節(jié)點(diǎn),對(duì)可達(dá)性計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,并用算例進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。最后以簡(jiǎn)陽(yáng)市為實(shí)例,將理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合,對(duì)簡(jiǎn)陽(yáng)市進(jìn)行快速通道網(wǎng)的布局。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of social economy, small and medium-sized cities have begun to take shape and developed rapidly. According to the new regulations, this paper expounds the scope of small and medium-sized cities, determines the scope of the study, and defines the rapid passage through the induction and analysis of the actual expressway projects. This paper analyzes the interaction between medium and small cities and rapid passage, including the demand analysis of rapid passage in small and medium-sized cities, the feasibility analysis of constructing urban fast passage in small and medium-sized cities, etc. The existing road network is defined, and the expressway is analyzed emphatically. The connection relationship between ordinary trunk highway and small and medium-sized cities, and the influence of existing trunk highway on the layout of expressway in small and medium-sized cities are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of highway network and urban expressway planning methods are analyzed. Combined with the characteristics of the rapid passage layout in small and medium-sized cities, this paper selects the point line plane network analytic hierarchy process to plan the layout of the rapid passage in small and medium-sized cities, and according to the characteristics of small and medium-sized cities, analyzes the three levels of points, lines and planes of small and medium-sized cities in turn. This paper discusses the method and principle of point layer determination, line level determination line orientation and line type, several contents of surface layer, and puts forward the idea and flow of the layout of rapid passage network in small and medium-sized cities based on point line plane analytic hierarchy process. Combined with the layout of rapid passage in medium and small cities, indirect nodes are introduced to optimize the method of reachability calculation, and an example is given to verify it. Finally, taking the case of Jianyang city as an example, combining theory with practice, the layout of fast channel network in Jianyang city is carried out.
