【摘要】：近年來,隨著私家車保有量快速增長,道路基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)滯后于城市居民多樣化的交通需求,交通擁堵日益加劇。公共交通作為一種高效、低耗的出行方式,對緩解擁堵、提高道路資源利用效率有著重要作用。因此,國內(nèi)外城市逐漸開始重視公共交通的發(fā)展建設(shè)。由于公共交通的發(fā)展建設(shè)落后于私人小汽車的發(fā)展,道路資源供需矛盾突出、交通秩序管理欠缺及公共交通自身存在一系列問題,導致公交運行環(huán)境較差、服務(wù)質(zhì)量低下。因此,公交運行環(huán)境改善對策的研究,能夠在改善服務(wù)質(zhì)量、提高出行比例的基礎(chǔ)上,從根本上緩解擁堵,對構(gòu)建可持續(xù)發(fā)展的城市交通體系有著重要意義。本文以山東省菏澤市為例,首先,在準確把握公交運行環(huán)境內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上,從公交內(nèi)部因素和外部因素兩方面對公交運行環(huán)境影響因素和相關(guān)理論進行分析研究,結(jié)合公交優(yōu)先理論、公交微循環(huán)理論、推拉理論、可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論,運用文獻研究、實地調(diào)研、比較分析等研究方法,對國內(nèi)外公交系統(tǒng)建設(shè)案例進行分析,從中得到若干啟示,為改善菏澤市公交運行環(huán)境提供理論指導。其次,對菏澤市概況及菏澤市公交發(fā)展面臨的機遇與挑戰(zhàn)進行分析,從道路交通現(xiàn)狀、公交現(xiàn)狀兩方面詳細分析了菏澤市公交運行環(huán)境存在的問題,深度挖掘了菏澤市公交運行問題的成因。最后,在借鑒國內(nèi)外城市公交建設(shè)的成功經(jīng)驗基礎(chǔ)上,明確了公交運行環(huán)境改善的原則,從提高認識、部門協(xié)同管理、完善公交運行平臺、改善公交運行基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、構(gòu)建一體化公交線網(wǎng)等五個方面,進行菏澤市公交運行環(huán)境改善研究,希望能為菏澤市公交、城市交通管理及其他中等城市公交運行環(huán)境改善起到一定的參考作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid growth of private car ownership, the construction of road infrastructure lags behind the diversified traffic demand of urban residents, and traffic congestion is increasingly aggravated. Therefore, cities at home and abroad are beginning to attach importance to the development and construction of public transport. As the development of public transport lags behind the development of private cars, the contradiction between supply and demand of road resources is prominent. The lack of traffic order management and the existence of a series of problems in public transport itself lead to the poor operating environment and poor service quality of public transport. Therefore, the study of improving the operation environment of public transport can improve the service quality. On the basis of increasing the travel ratio, it is of great significance to alleviate congestion fundamentally and to build a sustainable urban traffic system. This paper takes Heze City, Shandong Province as an example, first of all, on the basis of accurately grasping the connotation of public transport operation environment, This paper analyzes and studies the influence factors and related theories of public transport operation environment from two aspects of internal and external factors of public transport, combining with bus priority theory, bus microcirculation theory, push-pull theory, sustainable development theory, and applies literature research. Through field investigation, comparative analysis and other research methods, this paper analyzes the construction cases of public transport system at home and abroad, and obtains some enlightenment, which provides theoretical guidance for improving the operation environment of public transport in Heze City. Secondly, This paper analyzes the general situation of Heze city and the opportunities and challenges faced by the development of public transport in Heze city, and analyzes in detail the problems existing in the running environment of public transport in Heze city from two aspects: the present situation of road traffic and the present situation of public transport. Finally, on the basis of the successful experience of the construction of urban public transport at home and abroad, the principles of improving the operation environment of public transport are clarified. Improve the public transport operation platform, improve the public transport operation infrastructure, build an integrated public transport network and other five aspects, and carry out a study on the improvement of the operation environment of public transport in Heze City, hoping that it can be used for the public transport in Heze City. Urban traffic management and other medium-scale city bus operation environment improvement plays a certain reference role.
