水基聚合物SRX穩(wěn)定碎石路用性能

【摘要】:采用垂直振動方法成型水基聚合物SRX穩(wěn)定碎石試件,研究了其強(qiáng)度增長規(guī)律.結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)SRX摻量(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))由0%增大到0.75%時,試件干化抗壓強(qiáng)度逐漸增大,最大為7.00MPa;繼續(xù)提高SRX摻量,試件干化抗壓強(qiáng)度出現(xiàn)下降的趨勢.通過飽水試驗、浸-烘循環(huán)試驗以及抗沖刷性能試驗,研究了SRX穩(wěn)定碎石的水穩(wěn)定性.結(jié)果表明:干化后的試件在浸水初期,其相對含水率急劇增大,當(dāng)浸水36h時,試件基本達(dá)到飽水狀態(tài),其相對強(qiáng)度約為76.0%;試件浸-烘循環(huán)30次和60次時,其殘留強(qiáng)度降低為93.8%和92.4%;隨著沖刷時間的延長,試件所承受的動水壓力增加,抗沖刷性能降低,最大質(zhì)量損失為43.5g;在實驗室條件下SRX穩(wěn)定碎石具有較好的水穩(wěn)定性.通過5次凍融循環(huán)試驗和車轍性能試驗,研究了SRX穩(wěn)定碎石的抗凍性能和高溫穩(wěn)定性.結(jié)果表明:試件的抗凍系數(shù)約為10%,抗凍性能較差,不適宜在季凍地區(qū)應(yīng)用;試件動穩(wěn)定度達(dá)到ATB-30基層的5~6倍,展現(xiàn)出良好的抗車轍性能,適宜在高溫地區(qū)推廣應(yīng)用.
[Abstract]:The vertical vibration method was used to form water-based polymer SRX stabilized macadam specimens, and the increasing rule of strength was studied. The results show that when the content of SRX (mass fraction) increases from 0% to 0.75, the dry compressive strength of the specimens increases gradually. The maximum value is 7.00 MPA. With increasing the content of SRX, the dry compressive strength of the specimen decreases. Through saturated water test, soak-drying cycle test and scour resistance test, The water stability of SRX stabilized macadam was studied. The results showed that the relative moisture content of the dried specimens increased sharply in the early stage of soaking, and when the specimens were immersed in water for 36 h, the water content of the specimens basically reached the state of saturation. The relative strength is about 76.0.The residual strength of the specimen decreases to 93.8% and 92.4 after 30 and 60 cycles of soaking and drying. With the extension of the scouring time, the dynamic water pressure and the erosion resistance of the specimen increase, and the erosion resistance of the specimen decreases with the extension of the scouring time. The maximum mass loss is 43.5 g. SRX stabilized crushed stone has good water stability under laboratory conditions. Through five freeze-thaw cycle tests and rutting performance tests, The freezing resistance and high temperature stability of SRX stabilized macadam are studied. The results show that the freezing resistance coefficient of the specimen is about 10, the frost resistance is poor, and the dynamic stability of the specimen is 5 ~ 6 times that of the ATB-30 base. It shows good rutting resistance and is suitable for application in high temperature area.
