【摘要】:隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷提高,我國的汽車的保有量已經(jīng)是世界第一,而我國的公路體系的建設(shè)在很長的時(shí)間內(nèi)不能滿足汽車增長的需求。因此在交通過流斷面不能增加的情況下,快速通行成為了各個(gè)主要交通干線網(wǎng)的需要解決的首要問題。在中國的道路交通體系中,承擔(dān)主要交通通行任務(wù)的高速公路在快速通行的問題上又顯得矛盾重重。因?yàn)樵诂F(xiàn)階段的高速公路項(xiàng)目中多數(shù)采用多方投資的方式,在利益回報(bào)的前提下,運(yùn)營成本的有效降低和投資成本的及時(shí)回籠成為了經(jīng)濟(jì)性主要目標(biāo)。還有車輛運(yùn)營效率的提升和車輛通關(guān)速度的提高成為了技術(shù)性的主要目標(biāo)。而中國的現(xiàn)有的高速公路投資和運(yùn)營模式無法完全脫離人工操作方式,從而使得最新的ETC模式無法全面覆蓋全國交通干網(wǎng)。這樣就給人工成本的降低和通行速度的提高提出了新的課題。本次研究課題是以重慶市渝長高速公路建設(shè)為藍(lán)本進(jìn)行研究。本次課題開發(fā)的入口車道自助刷發(fā)卡軟件在重慶高速公路現(xiàn)有車道軟件操作模式上單獨(dú)增加的一套軟件。該軟件安裝在高速公路入口車道,它的運(yùn)行和操作與現(xiàn)有出入口車道軟件相對(duì)獨(dú)立,不影響其功能和操作。高速公路聯(lián)網(wǎng)收費(fèi)已運(yùn)營近十年,高速公路交通流量每年以20%多的年增長率快速增長,出現(xiàn)了收費(fèi)站高峰時(shí)間嚴(yán)重堵車現(xiàn)象。而現(xiàn)今我國高速公路的運(yùn)營模式人工操作不能完全取消,所以本課題研究軟件在車道入口處的實(shí)行無人刷發(fā)卡,這樣就可以大大降低了現(xiàn)有ETC專用通道在入口處的交通擁擠程度和普通車道在交通高峰時(shí)段快速通行的問題。本次課題研究的主系統(tǒng)軟件通過對(duì)各種車輛的數(shù)據(jù)信息的不同調(diào)用方式,分為四個(gè)不同的子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)來完成車道入口關(guān)卡處對(duì)不同車輛的識(shí)別、判定和處理。其中本課題研究的主要內(nèi)容包括如下三點(diǎn):一是實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的前臺(tái)自動(dòng)管理員和后臺(tái)informix數(shù)據(jù)庫的整體搭建。二是對(duì)本系統(tǒng)中特殊處理和輔助處理兩個(gè)子系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)分析和協(xié)同工作流程的研究。三是在無人操作的前提下試用正常處理與異常處理兩種判定識(shí)別類處理子系統(tǒng)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫中的各種車輛信息來進(jìn)行流程判斷分析。通過以上內(nèi)容研究,實(shí)現(xiàn)了以下目標(biāo):一是實(shí)現(xiàn)了在進(jìn)、出站口中,車道軟件對(duì)各種不同性質(zhì)車輛的準(zhǔn)確識(shí)別。二是實(shí)現(xiàn)了車道軟件對(duì)于不同情況的正;蚍钦?ㄆ恼_識(shí)別和正常解決。三是實(shí)現(xiàn)了減少發(fā)卡人員、降低運(yùn)營費(fèi)用、安裝費(fèi)用等各種成本的經(jīng)濟(jì)目的。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the national economy, the number of cars in our country has already been the first in the world, and the construction of our country's highway system cannot meet the demand of automobile growth in a very long period of time. Rapid transit has become the most important problem to be solved in all major trunk networks. In China's road traffic system, Expressway, which takes on the main traffic task, is in conflict with the problem of rapid transit. Because most of the expressway projects at this stage adopt multi-investment method, under the premise of profit return, The efficient reduction of operating cost and the timely return of investment cost have become the main economic targets. The improvement of vehicle operation efficiency and the speed of vehicle clearance have become the main technical targets. Expressway investment and operation mode can not be completely divorced from manual operation, As a result, the latest ETC model can not fully cover the national traffic trunk network. In this way, the reduction of labor cost and the improvement of traffic speed are put forward. This research topic is based on Chongqing Chongqing Yu-Chang Expressway construction. The software of self-help brushing card in the entrance lane developed in this paper adds a set of software separately on the operating mode of the existing lane software of Chongqing expressway. The software is installed in the entrance lane of the expressway. Its operation and operation are relatively independent from the existing entrance and exit lane software, and do not affect its function and operation. The phenomenon of serious traffic jam occurred in the rush hour of toll station. But the manual operation mode of expressway in our country can not be completely cancelled, so the research software of this paper implements the unbrushed hair card at the entrance of the driveway. This can greatly reduce the traffic congestion at the entrance of the existing ETC dedicated channel and the problem of the rapid passage of the ordinary lane during rush hour. The main system software of this study is based on the data of various vehicles. Different ways of calling information, Running in four different subsystems to identify different vehicles at lane entry points, The main content of this research includes the following three points: one is to realize the whole construction of the front desk automatic administrator and the background informix database.
