【摘要】：選擇世界范圍內(nèi)已擁有較好公交體系的城市,借助統(tǒng)計(jì)分析工具,比較研究空間環(huán)境差異對(duì)交通出行特征的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:空間環(huán)境因素中,道路密度、車(chē)站密度、人均CBD距離,公交廊道面積占比、建成區(qū)密度、中心性程度對(duì)于公交出行比例有更強(qiáng)的影響力。相較于公交都市,中國(guó)城市呈現(xiàn)出建成區(qū)面積更大,但建成區(qū)密度更小;大容量交通長(zhǎng)度更長(zhǎng),但車(chē)站密度和公交走廊面積占比更小;道路長(zhǎng)度更長(zhǎng),但道路密度更小的問(wèn)題。這反映了中國(guó)城市趨于蔓延擴(kuò)張的事實(shí),也反映了城市大運(yùn)量公共交通的布局問(wèn)題。在上述分析的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)中國(guó)城市的特征,探討建構(gòu)起適合中國(guó)可持續(xù)宜居城市發(fā)展的TOD城市空間設(shè)計(jì)策略框架。
[Abstract]:With the help of statistical analysis tools, the effects of spatial environmental differences on traffic travel characteristics in cities with better public transport system in the world are studied. The results show that the road density and station density are among the spatial environmental factors. The CBD distance per capita, the proportion of public transport corridor area, the density of the built-up area and the degree of centrality have more influence on the proportion of public transportation. Compared with the public transportation city, Chinese cities have larger area of built areas, but smaller density of built-up areas. Mass traffic is longer, but station density and bus corridor area are smaller; roads are longer, but roads are smaller. This reflects the fact that Chinese cities tend to spread and expand. On the basis of the above analysis, according to the characteristics of Chinese cities, this paper discusses the construction of TOD urban spatial design framework suitable for the sustainable and livable city development in China.
