將軍嶺作業(yè)區(qū)碼頭工程項目施工風(fēng)險管理研究

【摘要】:隨著國家“珠江一西江”經(jīng)濟(jì)帶發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實施,國家不斷加大對港口碼頭等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的投入,通過投資拉動促進(jìn)區(qū)域社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。但內(nèi)河碼頭的建設(shè),面臨的項目風(fēng)險因素很多,項目的成敗直接影響國家戰(zhàn)略的實施,因此加強(qiáng)將軍嶺碼頭風(fēng)險研究意義重大。本文采取了頭腦風(fēng)暴法、檢查表法、風(fēng)險圖法,對屬于內(nèi)河碼頭的將軍嶺作業(yè)區(qū)碼頭項目施工風(fēng)險管理的過程展開實例分析。首先,通過對項目的概況、項目實施條件的詳細(xì)分析,了解項目的整體情況。其次,舉例采用頭腦風(fēng)暴法、檢查表法對項目主要風(fēng)險因素進(jìn)行識別。再次,在項目風(fēng)險因素識別的基礎(chǔ)上,舉例使用風(fēng)險圖法進(jìn)行風(fēng)險評價,并根據(jù)評價結(jié)果得出將軍嶺作業(yè)區(qū)碼頭項目關(guān)鍵風(fēng)險要素。最后,針對項目潛在關(guān)鍵風(fēng)險要素提出嚴(yán)格控制原材料質(zhì)量、確保關(guān)鍵崗位人員管理、控制合同履約風(fēng)險、合理控制碼頭施工進(jìn)度、有效解決碼頭施工對河道的污染、嚴(yán)格控制混凝土施工質(zhì)量、嚴(yán)格控制隱蔽分項工程驗收、科學(xué)控制工程施工費(fèi)用、嚴(yán)格實施爆破工程安全管理九大應(yīng)對措施。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of the development strategy of the national "Zhujiang-Xijiang" economic belt, the state has continuously increased investment in infrastructure construction such as port and wharf, promoting regional social and economic development through investment. However, the construction of inland river wharves, There are many risk factors facing the project, and the success or failure of the project directly affects the implementation of the national strategy, so it is of great significance to strengthen the risk research of the Guanling Wharf. This paper adopts the brainstorming method, the checking table method, the risk chart method, and the risk chart method. First, through the general situation of the project, the detailed analysis of the project implementation conditions, to understand the overall situation of the project. For example, brainstorming method and checklist method are used to identify the main risk factors of the project. Thirdly, based on the identification of the project risk factors, the risk assessment is carried out with the example of the risk chart method. According to the evaluation results, the key risk factors of the project are obtained. Finally, according to the potential key risk factors of the project, strictly control the quality of raw materials, ensure the management of key positions, control the risk of contract performance. Reasonably control the progress of wharf construction, effectively solve the pollution caused by wharf construction, strictly control the quality of concrete construction, strictly control the acceptance of hidden sub-projects, and scientifically control the construction costs, To strictly implement the nine major measures for the safety management of blasting projects.
