渝南大道環(huán)境綜合整治工程交通組織方案研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展,市民對(duì)城市環(huán)境的需求日益增長(zhǎng),城市形象作為城市核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要組成部分越來越引起政府的高度重視。由于歷史原因,很多城市在建設(shè)過程中缺乏整體規(guī)劃,無法彰顯現(xiàn)代城市特色。為了提升城市形象,改善市民生活環(huán)境,大量的城市改造工程陸續(xù)實(shí)施,嚴(yán)重影響城市道路的交通運(yùn)行和交通安全。為了解決施工帶來的交通問題,有必要對(duì)施工路段和周圍路網(wǎng)的交通狀況進(jìn)行交通影響分析,科學(xué)進(jìn)行交通組織,保障道路交通的安全暢通。論文首先介紹了巴南區(qū)渝南大道環(huán)境綜合整治工程的項(xiàng)目背景,分析了渝南大道沿線區(qū)域功能定位,根據(jù)交通流理論與道路交叉口通行能力模型,分析了渝南大道道路施工影響區(qū)域交通狀況;接著按照安全第一、以人為本、誘導(dǎo)分流、限制超限、公交優(yōu)先的交通組織原則,研究提出了施工區(qū)周邊進(jìn)行分流,遠(yuǎn)范圍進(jìn)行誘導(dǎo);施工片區(qū)周邊禁止超限車輛進(jìn)入渝南大道施工區(qū)域;施工片區(qū)內(nèi)的建筑材料運(yùn)輸和具有特殊運(yùn)輸需求的企業(yè)通過車輛運(yùn)輸線路合理引導(dǎo)或改變運(yùn)輸組織方式以及行人過街等交通組織方案;最后根據(jù)渝南大道綜合整治工程施工完成后的交通特點(diǎn),協(xié)調(diào)輕軌三號(hào)線和周邊路網(wǎng)與通道,提出了合理渠化交通,規(guī)劃布局了行人過街設(shè)施,完善了道路交通管理設(shè)施以及智能化交通管理等交通組織優(yōu)化方案。本論文結(jié)合巴南區(qū)渝南大道環(huán)境綜合整治工程,研究施工區(qū)域交通組織,對(duì)緩解城市改造帶來的交通擁堵和交通安全問題,有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's social economy and the increasing demand for the urban environment, the city image, as an important part of the core competitiveness of the city, has attracted more and more attention from the government. In order to enhance the city image and improve the living environment of citizens, a large number of urban reconstruction projects have been implemented one after another in order to enhance the image of the city and improve the living environment of the citizens. In order to solve the traffic problems caused by construction, it is necessary to carry out traffic impact analysis and scientific traffic organization to the traffic condition of construction sections and surrounding road networks. Firstly, the paper introduces the project background of the environmental comprehensive renovation project of Yunan Avenue in Banan District, analyzes the regional function positioning along Yunan Avenue, and according to the traffic flow theory and the traffic capacity model of the intersection, the paper introduces the project background of the environmental comprehensive renovation project of Yunan Avenue in Banan District. This paper analyzes the traffic situation of the area affected by the road construction of Yunan Avenue, then according to the traffic organization principle of safety first, people-oriented, inductive diversion, restriction of exceeding limit and priority of public transportation, the paper puts forward the principle of diverting traffic around the construction area. The construction area periphery of the construction area is prohibited from entering the construction area of Yunan Avenue. The transportation of building materials in the construction area and the enterprise with special transportation demand can reasonably guide or change the transportation organization mode and the traffic organization plan such as pedestrian crossing through the vehicle transportation line; Finally, according to the traffic characteristics after the completion of the comprehensive renovation project of Yunan Avenue, coordinating the light rail line 3 and the surrounding road network and passageway, the reasonable channeling traffic is put forward, and the pedestrian crossing facilities are planned and arranged. The traffic organization optimization scheme such as road traffic management facilities and intelligent traffic management is improved. In this paper, the construction area traffic organization is studied in the light of the comprehensive environmental renovation project of Yunan Avenue in Banan District. It has certain practical significance and reference value to alleviate traffic congestion and traffic safety problems brought by urban transformation.
