炭黑瀝青旋轉黏度試驗參數影響研究

【摘要】:為了探討不同影響因素對炭黑瀝青黏度的影響,采用旋轉黏度計對不同影響因素條件下的炭黑瀝青黏度進行檢測,分析了炭黑瀝青配制溫度、轉子型號、轉速、扭矩、恒溫時間、轉子轉動時間對炭黑瀝青旋轉黏度的影響。結果表明:炭黑瀝青配制溫度對炭黑瀝青黏度影響最大,轉子型號、轉速、扭矩對炭黑瀝青黏度影響很小;恒溫時間越久、轉子轉動時間越長,炭黑瀝青的黏度越小,最后趨于穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:In order to study the influence of different factors on the viscosity of carbon black asphalt, the viscosity of carbon black asphalt under different influencing factors was tested by rotary viscometer. The temperature, rotor type, rotational speed and torque of carbon black asphalt were analyzed. The results show that the mixing temperature of carbon black asphalt has the greatest influence on the viscosity of carbon black asphalt, and the rotor type, rotation speed and torque have little effect on the viscosity of carbon black asphalt. The longer the temperature is, the longer the rotor rotation time is, the smaller the viscosity of carbon black asphalt is, and the more stable it is.
