高速公路使用狀況評估及路面修復技術案例分析

【摘要】:隨著我國高速公路的快速發(fā)展,以瀝青路面結構為主導的高速公路路網(wǎng)已基本建成,但瀝青路面裂縫、水損害及車轍等病害頻發(fā),已建高速公路進入了全面養(yǎng)護維修階段。如何經(jīng)濟、科學、高效、高質量地進行路面評價及修復工作,是值得探討和研究的一個重要課題。本文總結歸納了公路使用狀況評估和修復決策的基本理論及方法:公路使用狀況評估包括交通量調查與分析、軟基路段處理質量評價與分析、瀝青路面使用狀況評價與分析三部分內容,通過歷史數(shù)據(jù)收集、現(xiàn)場查勘和檢測等手段獲得路基路面狀況數(shù)據(jù)并進行分析評價,甄別路面病害產(chǎn)生的原因和形成機理;在綜合考慮路面使用狀況和結構承載力、功能特征、排水系統(tǒng)等條件的基礎上提出的可行的修復方案,科學指導道路養(yǎng)護和修復;趶V明高速公路陳村至西樵段二期修復工程,通過對舊路交通量進行預測和分析、軟基施工工后質量狀況評估,并綜合PCI、RQI、SFC或BPN、SSI四種路面評價指標,確定路段是否滿足后續(xù)使用標準。根據(jù)評估數(shù)據(jù)及交通流量預測數(shù)據(jù),分析舊路現(xiàn)狀并進行瀝青路面結構設計計算,提出多個預選方案并進行經(jīng)濟性評估、分析軟基和容許累計當量軸次的影響等,確定首選修復方案,進而論述應如何全面、科學和客觀地進行高速公路使用狀況評估及路面修復決策工作。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of expressway in China, the highway network, which is dominated by asphalt pavement structure, has been basically built, but the cracks, water damage and rutting of asphalt pavement occur frequently. The built expressway has entered the stage of comprehensive maintenance and maintenance. How to evaluate and repair the pavement economically, scientifically, efficiently and with high quality, This paper summarizes and summarizes the basic theories and methods of highway use evaluation and repair decision: highway use assessment includes traffic volume investigation and analysis. The evaluation and analysis of treatment quality of soft foundation section, the evaluation and analysis of asphalt pavement use condition, and the analysis and evaluation of subgrade and pavement condition data are carried out by means of historical data collection, on-site survey and inspection, etc. Identify the causes and formation mechanism of pavement diseases, put forward a feasible restoration scheme on the basis of comprehensive consideration of pavement use condition and structural bearing capacity, functional characteristics, drainage system, etc. Based on the second phase repair project of Chencun to Xiqiao section of Guangming Expressway, through forecasting and analyzing the traffic volume of the old road, evaluating the quality of soft foundation after construction, and synthesizing the four evaluation indexes of PCI RQI SFC or BPNI SSI, According to the evaluation data and traffic flow forecast data, analyze the current situation of the old road and carry on the asphalt pavement structure design calculation, put forward several pre-selection schemes and carry on the economic evaluation, This paper analyzes the influence of soft foundation and allowable accumulative equivalent axle, and determines the preferred repair plan, and then discusses how to comprehensively, scientifically and objectively carry out the evaluation of expressway usage condition and the decision of pavement repair.
