次輕混凝土及預應力技術在預制裝配式路面中的應用研究

【摘要】:預制拼裝快速修復技術是目前現有修復技術中用時最短、對道路交通影響最小的實用技術,實現了真正意義上的無阻礙交通快速修復技術。但是,預制拼裝技術也存在最明顯的不足——預制板尺寸問題。路面板尺寸大小直接影響板的自重和拼裝后接縫處理,因此,解決預制拼裝快速修復技術中路面板尺寸問題,是這項技術逐步完善的關鍵。文中從解決預制路面板尺寸問題出發(fā),提出采用大尺寸板并能夠解決板自重問題的兩種方案,主要進行如下方面的研究:1.利用輕集料(頁巖陶粒)部分取代粗骨料(碎石),以達到降低混凝土自重的目的。首先,進行頁巖陶;拘阅苤笜说臏y定,再根據混凝土工作性、力學性能進行不同陶粒取代率的次輕混凝土比選,確定滿足預制路面板工作性、力學性能最優(yōu)的次輕混凝土。最后,對選定陶粒取代率的次輕混凝土進行干表觀密度、表觀密度測定,與普通混凝土進行對比分析,驗證采用次輕混凝土降低預制路面板自重的程度。同時,進行次輕混凝土耐磨性、干縮性、抗凍性等路用性能試驗,驗證次輕混凝土應用于預制拼裝快速修復技術的可行性。2.利用預應力技術,對預制路面板施加預應力,以提高其承載能力,并且能夠減薄板厚,達到節(jié)約混凝土用量降低自重的目的。首先,根據彈性設計原則確定預壓力度,進行路面整板配筋設計。其次,在文中首次提出一種新型張拉方式施加預應力,并通過試驗驗證其可行性。最后,為了研究預制預應力混凝土路面板的力學性能,進行比尺試驗,對比分析預制預應力混凝土路面板和普通鋼筋混凝土路面板的承載能力,以驗證預應力混凝土路面板應用于預制拼裝快速修復技術的可行性。將次輕混凝土、預應力技術應用于預制拼裝快速修復技術,使其得到進一步完善,同時,這種水泥混凝土路面的無阻礙快速修復技術對道路養(yǎng)護具有重大意義,對全國公路、機場道路也具有重要的實用價值。
[Abstract]:The prefabricated fast repair technology is the practical technology which has the shortest time and the least impact on the road traffic in the current repair technology. It realizes the real meaning of the rapid repair technology of traffic without hindrance. However. Prefabricated assembly technology also has the most obvious shortage of prefabricated panel size problem. The size of road panel size directly affects the weight of the plate and joint treatment after assembly, so. It is the key to solve the problem of the size of the road panel in the rapid repair technology of prefabricated assembly. This paper starts with the solution of the problem of the size of the prefabricated road panel. Two schemes which can solve the weight problem of plate with large size plate are put forward. The main research is as follows: 1. The coarse aggregate (crushed stone) is partially replaced by lightweight aggregate (shale ceramsite). In order to reduce the weight of concrete. Firstly, the basic performance of shale ceramsite is measured, and then according to the workability and mechanical properties of concrete, the secondary lightweight concrete with different replacement ratio of ceramsite is compared. Finally, the dry apparent density and apparent density of sub-light concrete with selected replacement rate of ceramsite were determined. Compared with ordinary concrete, the paper verifies the degree of reducing self-weight of precast pavement slab by using sub-light concrete. At the same time, the road performance tests such as wear resistance, dry shrinkage and frost resistance of sub-light concrete are carried out. Verify the feasibility of the application of sub-light concrete in prefabricated quick repair technology .2.Use prestress technology to apply prestressing to the prefabricated pavement slab to improve its bearing capacity and to reduce the thickness of the slab. To achieve the purpose of saving the amount of concrete to reduce the weight. Firstly, according to the principle of elastic design to determine the preloading strength of the whole plate reinforcement design. Secondly, in this paper, the first proposed a new type of tension to apply prestress. Finally, in order to study the mechanical properties of prefabricated prestressed concrete pavement slab, scale test was carried out. By comparing and analyzing the bearing capacity of prefabricated prestressed concrete pavement slab and ordinary reinforced concrete pavement slab, the feasibility of applying prestressed concrete pavement slab to prefabricated quick repair technology is verified. Prestress technology is applied to prefabricated quick repair technology, which is further improved. At the same time, this kind of rapid repair technology of cement concrete pavement without hindrance is of great significance to road maintenance and national highway. Airport roads also have important practical value.
