基于正交設(shè)計(jì)法的橡膠瀝青性能試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為提高橡膠瀝青的性能,依托河北廊滄高速公路建設(shè)工程,針對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)貧夂蛱卣骷安牧闲誀?借助正交試驗(yàn)優(yōu)選橡膠瀝青的9種正交組合,并研究了膠粉摻量、膠粉目數(shù)、瀝青型號(hào)對(duì)橡膠瀝青3大指標(biāo)的規(guī)律性影響。此外,采用老化試驗(yàn)和布氏黏度試驗(yàn),評(píng)價(jià)了拌和時(shí)間以及拌和溫度對(duì)橡膠瀝青老化前后性能的影響程度。研究結(jié)果表明:橡膠瀝青正交試驗(yàn)各因素的顯著性順序?yàn)?膠粉摻量基質(zhì)瀝青型號(hào)膠粉目數(shù);拌和時(shí)間和拌和溫度對(duì)橡膠瀝青老化性能影響顯著,因此在制備橡膠瀝青的過程中需合理控制時(shí)間和溫度;選取90#、60目、膠粉含量為20%的橡膠瀝青,在190℃的環(huán)境下拌和60 min,能使橡膠瀝青達(dá)到最佳性能;建議橡膠瀝青的性能評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)以5℃延度和180℃黏度為主,針入度和軟化點(diǎn)為輔。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the performance of rubber asphalt, based on the construction project of Hebei Langcang expressway, according to the local climate characteristics and material properties, 9 orthogonal combinations of rubber asphalt were selected by orthogonal test, and the content of rubber powder was studied. In addition, aging test and Brinell viscosity test were used. The effects of mixing time and mixing temperature on the properties of rubber asphalt before and after aging were evaluated.
