基于出租車GPS數(shù)據(jù)的道路交通運(yùn)行狀態(tài)判別

【摘要】:全球各大城市如今都不同程度的受到交通擁擠問(wèn)題的困擾,在我國(guó)伴隨著三十多年的高速發(fā)展引發(fā)的城市交通問(wèn)題尤為嚴(yán)重,交通擁擠已成為城市面臨的主要社會(huì)問(wèn)題之一,嚴(yán)重影響到人們的日常生產(chǎn)和生活?焖、準(zhǔn)確、實(shí)時(shí)地識(shí)別道路交通擁堵狀態(tài)和對(duì)道路運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的長(zhǎng)期連續(xù)監(jiān)測(cè),對(duì)于制定合理有效的城市交通管理策略具有重要意義。同時(shí)隨著GPS/GIS技術(shù)在城市出租車運(yùn)營(yíng)管理中的推廣應(yīng)用,使得人們能夠很便捷的獲取出租車營(yíng)運(yùn)過(guò)程中的GPS數(shù)據(jù),并為挖掘這部分?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)在城市道路交通管理和建設(shè)方面的價(jià)值提供了可能。本文首先研究了城市道路交通流的基本特性,并提出了將出租車作為GPS浮動(dòng)車的優(yōu)越性,及相比普通社會(huì)車輛出租車運(yùn)行的特性。其次依托城市出租車GPS中心系統(tǒng)可以便捷的實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)出租車GPS定位數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)采集及存儲(chǔ),并結(jié)合出租車GPS數(shù)據(jù)的結(jié)構(gòu)特性和出租車行駛特性提出了不同載客狀態(tài)下的數(shù)據(jù)篩選方法,提高了數(shù)據(jù)樣本的質(zhì)量和使用率,并提出不同情況下的路段平均行程速度和交叉口平均行程延誤時(shí)間估計(jì)算法。此外,考慮到數(shù)據(jù)樣本量大小對(duì)路段平均行程速度估計(jì)精度的影響,提出基于自適應(yīng)加權(quán)指數(shù)平滑法的路段平均行程速度估計(jì)方法。最后基于模糊評(píng)價(jià)的理論,建立以路段平均行程速度和交叉口平均行程延誤作為度量指標(biāo)的道路交通運(yùn)行狀態(tài)判別方法。通過(guò)本文的研究,將出租車作為GPS浮動(dòng)車能夠很好的實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)城市道路運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的監(jiān)測(cè),對(duì)城市交通的管理、建設(shè)和研究具有重大意義。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, all the major cities in the world are troubled by traffic congestion in varying degrees. With the rapid development of more than 30 years in our country, the urban traffic problem is especially serious. Traffic congestion has become one of the main social problems facing the city, which seriously affects people's daily production and life. Real-time identification of road traffic congestion and long-term continuous monitoring of road running state. At the same time, with the application of GPS/GIS technology in urban taxi operation and management, it is of great significance to establish a reasonable and effective urban traffic management strategy. So that people can easily access the taxi operation process of GPS data. And for mining the value of this part of the data in urban road traffic management and construction of the possible. Firstly, this paper studies the basic characteristics of urban road traffic flow. The superiority of using taxi as GPS floating vehicle is put forward. Secondly, relying on the city taxi GPS center system can conveniently realize the real-time collection and storage of taxi GPS positioning data. Combined with the structural characteristics of taxi GPS data and taxi driving characteristics, this paper proposes a data screening method under different passenger status, which improves the quality and utilization of data samples. An algorithm for estimating the average travel speed and the average travel delay time of intersection under different conditions is proposed. In addition, the effect of the size of the data sample size on the accuracy of the estimation of the average travel speed is considered. An adaptive weighted exponential smoothing method is proposed to estimate the average travel speed of road sections. Finally, the theory of fuzzy evaluation is used. This paper establishes a method of judging road traffic running state based on the average travel speed of road and the average travel delay of intersection. Using taxi as a GPS floating vehicle can monitor the running state of urban roads and has great significance for the management, construction and research of urban traffic.
