【摘要】：道路施工前期,政府管理部門做出交通管理預(yù)案,向居民發(fā)布道路施工信息。但不是所有的出行者都能提前接收到信息,同時管理預(yù)案對具體繞行路徑的指導(dǎo)作用不明顯。由于非對稱信息的作用,施工期間道路上存在受信息影響和不受信息影響這兩種交通流,它們間的相互作用,無疑增加了道路交通流狀況的復(fù)雜性。因此,研究非對稱信息對交通流分配的影響,探究非對稱信息作用下的交通流分布規(guī)律,對交通管理預(yù)案的制定及后期交通組織的調(diào)節(jié),具有一定的指導(dǎo)作用。論文依托智能交通研究院開放課題“城市道路施工區(qū)域交通組織優(yōu)化模型研究”內(nèi)容展開研究,主要包括以下內(nèi)容：1.通過分析道路施工期間交通管理者與出行者、出行者與出行者之間掌握道路施工信息的不同,總結(jié)了非對稱信息的內(nèi)容和分類,并解析了其對施工期間道路交通運行產(chǎn)生的不利影響。2.使用Transcad軟件得到道路施工前、后影響范圍邊界上特征信號交叉口的高峰小時飽和度,以交叉口整體服務(wù)水平等級不下降作為收斂條件,建立了基于圈層外推的道路施工影響范圍確定方法。3.道路施工易造成出行時間增長,通過引入“排斥度”系數(shù),建立了非對稱信息作用下道路施工期間多路徑分配模型,使用Matlab軟件編制了程序,計算并驗證了利用該交通分配模型可有效分析道路施工期間非對稱信息影響下的交通分配結(jié)果。4.結(jié)合模型計算結(jié)果中的交通量分配特性,通過研究“出行時間最短”和“道路狀況更佳”這兩種出行方式的特點,提出兩種道路施工期間交通組織繞行誘導(dǎo)方法,并闡述了道路施工信息的發(fā)布、更新、再發(fā)布的流程。同時借助實例驗證本文提出的非對稱信息作用下的道路施工交通組織方法的實用性和有效性。
[Abstract]:In the early stage of road construction, the government management department makes traffic management plan and issues road construction information to residents. But not all travelers can receive the information in advance. At the same time, the guidance of management plan to the specific bypass path is not obvious. Because of the effect of asymmetric information, there are two kinds of traffic flow on the road during construction, which are affected by information and not affected by information, and the interaction between them exists. Therefore, the influence of asymmetric information on traffic flow distribution is studied, and the law of traffic flow distribution under asymmetric information is explored. To the traffic management plan formulation and the later stage traffic organization adjustment. It has a certain guiding role. The thesis is based on the content of the open topic of the Intelligent Transportation Research Institute, "the study of Regional Traffic Organization Optimization Model of Urban Road Construction". Mainly includes the following contents: 1. Through the analysis of the differences between traffic managers and travelers, travelers and travelers to master road construction information, summed up the content and classification of asymmetric information. And analyze its adverse impact on road traffic operation during the construction. 2. Using Transcad software to get peak hour saturation of the characteristic signal intersection on the boundary of the road construction before and after the road construction. Based on the convergence condition of the whole service level of intersection, the method of determining the influence range of road construction based on circle extrapolation is established. 3. The road construction is easy to cause travel time increase. By introducing the "degree of exclusion" coefficient, the multi-path distribution model of road construction period under the action of asymmetric information is established, and the program is compiled by using Matlab software. The results of traffic assignment under the influence of asymmetric information during road construction can be effectively analyzed by using the traffic assignment model. 4. Combined with the characteristics of traffic volume distribution in the calculation results of the model. By studying the characteristics of "shortest travel time" and "better road condition", this paper puts forward two kinds of traffic organization guidance methods during road construction, and expounds the release and update of road construction information. At the same time, the practicability and validity of the road construction traffic organization method under the action of asymmetric information are verified by an example.
