鋼管混凝土系桿拱橋復合式吊桿疲勞性能研究

【摘要】:本文通過對公路橋梁車輛荷載調(diào)查與統(tǒng)計方法的歸納分析,基于蒙特卡羅法構(gòu)建了數(shù)值模擬形式的疲勞荷載譜,采用不同的疲勞荷載譜對鋼管混凝土系桿拱橋吊桿的疲勞性能研究,并結(jié)合實橋工程復合式吊桿的構(gòu)造特征,分析成品索和鋼套管吊桿的應力幅變化規(guī)律以及相應的疲勞特性,為復合式吊桿的設(shè)計與使用維護提供技術(shù)指導。主要研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)基于對數(shù)理統(tǒng)計基本理論的歸納分析,明確對車輛荷載調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計方法;在對疲勞概念、疲勞分類、疲勞破壞機理與疲勞荷載模型、疲勞分析理論等歸納分析的基礎(chǔ)上,推薦傳統(tǒng)疲勞分析法作為實橋工程復合式吊桿疲勞性能研究的基本方法,為本文的研究提供理論指導。(2)基于數(shù)理統(tǒng)計的基本理論,對借用的車輛荷載調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析,確定疲勞車輛荷載相關(guān)要素(車流量、車重、車間距、軸重與軸距分配比例)的分布類型與統(tǒng)計參數(shù)。基于蒙特卡羅法的基本思想,生成一般運行狀態(tài)下隨機車流形式的車輛疲勞荷載譜,為公路鋼橋抗疲勞設(shè)計分析提供荷載模式。(3)采用MATLAB軟件編制基于蒙特卡羅法的隨機車流模擬程序、基于隨機車流影響線加載的應力歷程計算程序和基于雨流計數(shù)法的應力幅統(tǒng)計程序,為復合式吊桿疲勞性能的分析與計算提供技術(shù)支持。(4)以實橋工程為依托,選取車輛疲勞荷載譜形成隨機車流,對典型吊桿的應力影響線加載,計算得到成品索和鋼套管吊桿的應力幅概率分布;基于線性疲勞累積損傷理論,通過推薦成品索和鋼套管吊桿的疲勞強度S-N曲線,計算了典型吊桿的疲勞累積損傷度,探討了鋼管混凝土系桿拱橋復合式吊桿的疲勞破壞規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the fatigue load spectrum in the form of numerical simulation is constructed based on Monte Carlo method through the induction and analysis of vehicle load investigation and statistical method of highway bridge. The fatigue behavior of suspension rod of concrete-filled steel tubular tied arch bridge is studied by using different fatigue load spectrum, and combined with the structural characteristics of composite suspension rod in real bridge engineering. The variation law of stress amplitude and the corresponding fatigue characteristics of finished cable and steel casing boom are analyzed. The main research contents are as follows: (1) based on the induction and analysis of the basic theory of mathematical statistics, the statistical method of vehicle load survey data is clear; Based on the analysis of fatigue concept, fatigue classification, fatigue failure mechanism and fatigue load model, fatigue analysis theory and so on. The traditional fatigue analysis method is recommended as the basic method to study the fatigue performance of composite suspenders in real bridge engineering, which provides theoretical guidance for the research of this paper. (2) the basic theory based on mathematical statistics. Based on the statistical analysis of borrowed vehicle load data, the relevant factors of fatigue vehicle load (vehicle flow, vehicle weight, vehicle spacing) are determined. Based on the basic idea of Monte Carlo method, the vehicle fatigue load spectrum in the form of random vehicle flow in general running state is generated. Provide load mode for fatigue design analysis of highway steel bridge. Use MATLAB software to compile the simulation program of random traffic flow based on Monte Carlo method. The calculation program of stress history based on random train flow influence line and the statistical program of stress amplitude based on rain flow counting method. Provide technical support for the analysis and calculation of the fatigue performance of composite suspenders. Based on the real bridge engineering, select the fatigue load spectrum of vehicles to form random traffic flow, and load the stress influence line of typical suspenders. The probability distribution of stress amplitude of the finished cable and steel casing boom is calculated. Based on the theory of linear fatigue cumulative damage, the fatigue cumulative damage degree of typical suspension rod is calculated by recommending S-N curve of fatigue strength of finished cable and steel casing boom. The fatigue failure law of composite suspenders of concrete-filled steel tubular tied arch bridge is discussed.
