【摘要】:船隊規(guī)劃是科學(xué)、合理配置航運企業(yè)有限資源的重要決策,它不僅關(guān)系到企業(yè)未來的競爭力,同時也是決定航運企業(yè)能否長期生存、發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵問題。據(jù)統(tǒng)計,班輪運輸收入占整個航運業(yè)總收入的50%以上,因此,班輪船隊規(guī)劃問題就顯得尤為重要?茖W(xué)地進(jìn)行班輪船隊規(guī)劃,使船隊始終保持合理的規(guī)模和結(jié)構(gòu),從而加強(qiáng)自身競爭力,更好地為客戶提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù),這對班輪經(jīng)營者意義重大。本文在力求理論指導(dǎo)實際、增強(qiáng)實用性的基礎(chǔ)上,充分分析班輪運輸組織方式的特征和規(guī)律,展開對多港口掛靠、貨物直達(dá)運輸航線形式的班輪船隊規(guī)劃問題的研究,綜合考慮了預(yù)測的貨運需求與運價、船隊現(xiàn)狀、單船最大載貨量、新船造價、航線最小發(fā)船班次要求及決策者對研究期末船隊實物賬面價值的重視程度等影響班輪船隊規(guī)劃的主要因素,在構(gòu)建班輪航線配船數(shù)學(xué)模型的基礎(chǔ)上,以追求研究期內(nèi)班輪船隊利潤折現(xiàn)值最大為目標(biāo),進(jìn)而構(gòu)建了班輪船隊規(guī)劃數(shù)學(xué)優(yōu)化模型。進(jìn)一步,為了解決模型在實際應(yīng)用中的難題,運用Visual Basic和LINGO混合編程技術(shù),設(shè)計開發(fā)了班輪船隊規(guī)劃應(yīng)用軟件(LFPDSS)。軟件操作簡單,可以實現(xiàn)友好的人機(jī)交互,能夠根據(jù)用戶輸入的初始已知數(shù)據(jù),求解出研究期內(nèi)船隊發(fā)展最優(yōu)方案及相應(yīng)的航線配船方案,為用戶提供快速、準(zhǔn)確的參考數(shù)據(jù)。最后,本文通過某班輪公司2015-2019年船隊規(guī)劃案例,驗證了模型的有效性,并通過反復(fù)測試表明,軟件運行穩(wěn)定,計算結(jié)果正確,具有很強(qiáng)的實用性,可以為班輪運輸組織者提供良好的船隊規(guī)劃決策輔助支持。
[Abstract]:Fleet planning is an important decision of scientific and rational allocation of limited resources of shipping enterprises. It is not only related to the future competitiveness of enterprises, but also a key issue to determine the long-term survival and development of shipping enterprises. According to statistics. Liner shipping revenue accounts for more than 50% of the total revenue of the shipping industry, so it is particularly important to plan the liner fleet. Scientific planning of the liner fleet makes the fleet always maintain a reasonable size and structure. In order to strengthen their own competitiveness, better to provide customers with quality services, which is of great significance to liner operators. This paper fully analyzes the characteristics and rules of liner transportation organization mode, and studies the planning of liner fleet in the form of multi-port link and direct freight transportation route, and comprehensively considers the forecast freight demand and freight rate. The main factors that affect the planning of liner fleet are the status quo of fleet, the maximum loading capacity of single vessel, the cost of new ship, the requirement of minimum departure frequency of route line and the importance that decision-makers attach to studying the physical book value of fleet at the end of the period. On the basis of constructing the mathematical model of liner shipping line assignment, aiming at the maximum discounted profit of liner fleet during the research period, the mathematical optimization model of liner fleet planning is constructed. In order to solve the problem in practical application, the mixed programming technology of Visual Basic and LINGO is used. The application software of liner fleet planning is designed and developed. The software is simple to operate and can realize friendly man-machine interaction. It can input the initial known data according to the user. In order to provide fast and accurate reference data for users, the optimal scheme of fleet development and the corresponding route ship assignment scheme are solved during the research period. In this paper, the validity of the model is verified by the fleet planning case of a liner company in 2015-2019. The results of repeated tests show that the software runs stably, the calculation results are correct, and it has strong practicability. It can provide good fleet planning decision support for liner transportation organizers.
