【摘要】：《城市停車規(guī)劃規(guī)范》(GB/T 51149—2016)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱《規(guī)范》)已于2017年2月1日起實(shí)施,對(duì)其編制的技術(shù)要點(diǎn)及主要條文內(nèi)容進(jìn)行解讀,有助于更好地理解和執(zhí)行《規(guī)范》。首先對(duì)《規(guī)范》編制的主要目的、意義和背景進(jìn)行介紹。在統(tǒng)一對(duì)城市停車規(guī)劃認(rèn)識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,明確城市停車規(guī)劃應(yīng)包含的內(nèi)容。對(duì)城市停車位供給規(guī)模及比例構(gòu)成等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行解釋和說(shuō)明,支持城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展的停車規(guī)劃的制定。在提出通過(guò)多種途徑增加停車位供給以緩解當(dāng)前停車矛盾的同時(shí),也考慮到為支持新能源汽車的發(fā)展在規(guī)劃上預(yù)留空間。
[Abstract]:< > City parking planning specification (GB/T 51149 - 2016) (hereinafter referred to as the "standard") has been implemented on February 1, 2017, on the interpretation of the preparation technique and the main contents of the articles, contribute to a better understanding and implementation of norms. Firstly, < < code > the main purpose, introduces the significance and background. Based on unified understanding of city parking planning, clear city parking planning should be included in the content. The explanation and demonstration of the key technical indicators of city parking supply scale and proportion, to support the sustainable development of the city parking planning. In the proposed through a variety of ways to increase the supply of parking spaces to alleviate the current parking contradiction at the same time, also considered to support the development of new energy vehicles in the reserved space in the planning.
