細(xì)砂路基碾壓密實(shí)的顆粒流模擬與試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證

【摘要】:利用PFC2D軟件建立了模擬細(xì)砂路基密實(shí)過程的顆粒流模型,研究了碾壓方式、靜碾作用力大小、振動(dòng)碾壓遍數(shù)對(duì)細(xì)砂密實(shí)情況的影響,并通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證.結(jié)果表明,細(xì)砂的碾壓機(jī)理主要包括顆粒擠密和長(zhǎng)軸定向;靜碾作用下,細(xì)砂孔隙率減小值沿深度方向無明顯差異,且顆粒長(zhǎng)軸的方向性改變不顯著;振動(dòng)碾壓時(shí),細(xì)砂上部孔隙率的減小較靜碾更為明顯,且顆粒長(zhǎng)軸與水平方向夾角小于30°的顆粒數(shù)量增加了33.3%;增加振動(dòng)碾壓遍數(shù)可使細(xì)砂上部的孔隙率進(jìn)一步減小,但5遍后增加振碾次數(shù)對(duì)密實(shí)度的提升效果不再明顯;模擬結(jié)果與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果較為吻合,顆粒流模擬結(jié)果可供實(shí)踐參考.
[Abstract]:A simulation of sand subgrade compaction process of the particle flow model by using PFC2D software, on the way of rolling, static compaction force, the influence of vibration compaction times of fine sand compacting conditions, and verified by field test. The results show that the main compaction mechanism of fine sand particles including compaction and static axis orientation; run under the action of fine sand porosity decreases along the depth direction has no obvious difference, and the direction of the major axis of particles did not change significantly; vibration compaction, reduce fine sand upper porosity is more obvious than static roller, and the number of particles and the long axis of the horizontal angle is less than 30 degrees of particles increased by 33.3%; the increase of vibrating roller the number of times the fine sand upper porosity further decreases, but 5 times increase the vibration compaction times is no longer obvious on the compactness of lifting effect; simulation results coincide with the field test results, the simulation results for particle flow Practice reference.
