【摘要】:由于鋼桁架拱橋具有較強的豎向剛度和橫向剛度,是跨越大江大河的常用橋型。隨著我國橋梁向更長、更大、更柔的方向發(fā)展,施工控制的重要性益發(fā)突出,特別是在山區(qū)峽谷地區(qū)建設(shè)大跨度鋼桁架拱橋,需要考慮的不確定因素較多。本文以在貴州納界河鋼桁架拱橋為工程研究背景,對大跨度鋼桁架拱橋施工控制關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進行了研究。主要內(nèi)容包括以下幾個方面:1.針對斜拉扣掛懸臂拼裝法,首先介紹了常見的三種索力計算方法,在此基礎(chǔ)上嘗試一種改進的索力計算法。該方法以“線形為主、索力為輔”作為施工線形控制原則,計算原理簡單,能夠較好地解決常見三種索力算法中出現(xiàn)的問題。2.以制造坐標(biāo)建立該橋鋼桁架拱肋拼裝的有限元模型,經(jīng)計算得到各節(jié)段的安裝高程和各施工階段的控制線形,并研究施工預(yù)抬高值對節(jié)段安裝的影響?紤]扣塔變形、交界墩墩底應(yīng)力、拱腳內(nèi)力等施工限制條件,討論了如何運用改進的索力方法進行施工控制,同時也分析了施工過程中溫度對線形控制的影響。3.分析了大跨度鋼桁架拱橋的合龍施工難點與控制要點,針對實際施工情況提出兩種可能的合龍施工方案,討論了兩種合龍方案的優(yōu)缺點,介紹合龍步驟及合龍過程中的調(diào)整方法。同時,分析了合龍后不同拆索順序?qū)Y(jié)構(gòu)線形、內(nèi)力的影響。4.對鋼桁架拱橋施工控制的誤差原因進行分析和探討,并分析荷載參數(shù)、鋼桁架拼裝誤差以及合龍誤差對結(jié)構(gòu)施工狀態(tài)及成橋狀態(tài)的影響。
[Abstract]:The steel truss arch bridge with strong vertical and lateral stiffness, are common bridges across rivers. With our bridge to longer, larger, more flexible direction, the importance of the construction control of the more prominent, especially the construction of large span steel truss arch bridge in mountain valley area, more uncertain factors need take into consideration. In the Guizhou River, the steel truss arch bridge as the engineering background, the key technology of construction control of long span steel truss arch bridge are studied. The main contents include the following aspects: 1. for the cable-stayed cantilever assembling method, it introduces three kinds of cable force calculation on the basis of common methods. Try an improved cable force calculation method. This method uses linear based, supplemented by cable force "as the principle of linear control construction, simple calculation principle, can solve the common three kinds of algorithm in cable force The problem of.2. in manufacturing coordinate finite element steel truss arch rib assembling model of the bridge, the linear control of installation height of each segment and each construction stage is calculated, and the construction of pre elevation value of section installation. The effects of considering tower deformation, at the junction of pier bottom stress and internal force of arch foot the construction conditions, discusses how to use the improved construction method of cable force control, and also analyzed the temperature in the construction process of large span steel truss arch bridge closure construction difficulties and control points of the linear control of.3., according to the actual situation of the construction of two possible closure construction scheme, discusses the advantages and disadvantages two kinds of closure scheme, the adjustment method and process of the closure of the closure procedure. At the same time, analyzes the different order of demolition after closure of cable structure alignment, the internal force of the impact of.4. on the error control of construction steel truss arch bridge The reasons are analyzed and discussed, and the load parameters, the steel truss assembly error and the effect of the closure error on the construction state and the bridge forming state are analyzed.
