【摘要】:近年來,隨著我國城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的全面開展以及經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的不斷提升,為適應(yīng)城市發(fā)展的需要及改善城市交通運(yùn)行質(zhì)量,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)項(xiàng)目逐漸增多,這些項(xiàng)目在建設(shè)過程中,會占用部分現(xiàn)有道路資源進(jìn)行施工,將加重城市道路設(shè)施的交通負(fù)荷,對現(xiàn)有交通的運(yùn)行存在較大的影響,尤其是在中心城區(qū)的擁擠道路上占道施工產(chǎn)生的影響就更為顯著。為了緩解占道施工帶來的交通擁擠和避免由于占道誘發(fā)的交通事故,本文以施工區(qū)的交通特性分析、交通影響區(qū)范圍確定為基礎(chǔ),通過對行程時間動態(tài)可靠性和路徑敏感度的分析建模,旨在建立占道施工影響區(qū)的車流均衡誘導(dǎo)模型,以合理的誘導(dǎo)組織交通,緩解由占道施工產(chǎn)生的交通擁堵。本文在參考國內(nèi)外研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了占道施工區(qū)域的交通特征,提出了施工影響區(qū)的實(shí)際通行能力的計(jì)算方法;提出了基于等效通行能力、交叉口轉(zhuǎn)彎交通量比例以及施工項(xiàng)目出行方向系數(shù)來確定占道施工交通影響區(qū)范圍;在分析了行程時間可靠性理論和路徑剩余通行能力的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了路徑動態(tài)行程時間可靠度模型和路徑敏感度函數(shù)模型,并由此結(jié)合Logit SUE交通分配模型建立了占道施工影響區(qū)車流均衡誘導(dǎo)模型。應(yīng)用該模型對占道施工影響區(qū)交通流進(jìn)行重新分配,以最大程度降低施工以及相關(guān)的交通組織措施對施工影響區(qū)交通造成的負(fù)面影響。最后,論文以鳳天大道占道施工項(xiàng)目為例,選取路網(wǎng)運(yùn)輸效率指數(shù)作為評價(jià)指標(biāo)對車流均衡誘導(dǎo)模型的實(shí)際應(yīng)用效果進(jìn)行了評價(jià),驗(yàn)證了動態(tài)行程時間可靠性應(yīng)用在交通組織中的有效性,該研究推動了交通組織理論研究與實(shí)際應(yīng)用的結(jié)合,為占道施工交通組織方案的制定提供了科學(xué)的參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the overall development of urbanization and the continuous improvement of economic level, in order to meet the needs of urban development and improve the quality of urban traffic, infrastructure construction projects are gradually increasing. These projects will occupy part of the existing road resources for construction in the construction process, will increase the traffic load of urban road facilities, and have a greater impact on the operation of existing traffic. In order to alleviate the traffic congestion and avoid the traffic accidents caused by the congestion, the impact of the construction on the congested roads in the central urban area is more significant. Based on the analysis of the traffic characteristics of the construction area and the determination of the range of the traffic affected area, the dynamic reliability of travel time and the path sensitivity are analyzed and modeled in this paper. The purpose of this paper is to establish a traffic flow equilibrium guidance model in the affected area of road Occupy construction so as to organize traffic reasonably and alleviate the traffic congestion caused by the construction of the Occupy Road. This paper refers to the research results at home and abroad. The traffic characteristics of the construction area are analyzed, and the calculation method of the actual capacity of the construction affected area is put forward. Based on the equivalent capacity, the ratio of traffic volume at intersection turn and the travel direction coefficient of construction project, the scope of traffic impact area is determined. On the basis of analyzing the theory of travel time reliability and the residual capacity of the path, the dynamic travel time reliability model and the path sensitivity function model are established. Based on the Logit SUE traffic assignment model, a traffic flow equilibrium guidance model is established, which is used to redistribute the traffic flow in the affected area. In order to minimize the construction and related traffic organization measures on the construction of the impact of the negative impact of traffic. Finally, the paper takes Fengtian Avenue construction project as an example. Select the road network transportation efficiency index as the evaluation index to evaluate the actual application effect of the vehicle flow equilibrium guidance model, and verify the validity of dynamic travel time reliability application in traffic organization. The research promotes the combination of theoretical research and practical application of traffic organization, and provides a scientific reference for the formulation of traffic organization scheme in road construction.
