【摘要】：近年來(lái)隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,人民生活水平不斷提高,私家車(chē)已經(jīng)深入人們的生活,成為不可或缺的必需品。但是隨著機(jī)動(dòng)車(chē)保有量的增多,城市交通擁堵問(wèn)題也日益的凸顯。解決城市交通供需沖突、改善交通布置結(jié)構(gòu)、抑制城市環(huán)境持續(xù)的惡化迫在眉睫,各大城市將“公交優(yōu)先戰(zhàn)略”提上日程,優(yōu)先發(fā)展公共交通事業(yè),鼓勵(lì)居民公交優(yōu)先選擇出行�！肮粌�(yōu)先戰(zhàn)略”是城市交通發(fā)展的趨向,要想使這一觀念深入人心,首先最為重要的就是提高公交服務(wù)質(zhì)量,用最好的服務(wù)打動(dòng)乘客、吸引乘客。本文在各大城市大力推進(jìn)“公交優(yōu)先”戰(zhàn)略前提下,對(duì)西安市常規(guī)公交服務(wù)質(zhì)量和可靠性進(jìn)行研究。對(duì)其公交服務(wù)質(zhì)量發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和服務(wù)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行探討,選取最有代表性的安全性、方便性、經(jīng)濟(jì)型、迅速性、準(zhǔn)時(shí)性、舒適性6個(gè)方面12項(xiàng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行研究。公交服務(wù)可靠性反映的是在道路動(dòng)態(tài)交通條件下,公交系統(tǒng)日常工作運(yùn)營(yíng)能夠完成載客任務(wù)、給乘客提供一定程度服務(wù)的能力。本文中采用經(jīng)驗(yàn)概率作為其可靠性指標(biāo),簡(jiǎn)單直觀的反映公交的服務(wù)能力。最后,對(duì)效能模型ADC進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單介紹并運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)效能模型E=ADC對(duì)公交服務(wù)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。本文目的是通過(guò)對(duì)西安市常規(guī)公交服務(wù)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),反映西安市公交的服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀,并為有關(guān)部門(mén)進(jìn)行相關(guān)研究提供參考,促進(jìn)西安市常規(guī)公交服務(wù)質(zhì)量的提高,為市民提供更為方便快捷的高品質(zhì)公交服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy, people's living standards have been improved, private cars have gone deep into people's lives, become an indispensable necessity, but with the increase in the number of motor vehicles. The problem of urban traffic congestion is also increasingly prominent. It is urgent to solve the conflict of urban traffic supply and demand, improve the traffic layout structure, restrain the continuous deterioration of urban environment, and put the "bus priority strategy" on the agenda of major cities. Give priority to the development of public transport, encourage residents to choose public transport priority. "bus priority strategy" is the trend of urban traffic development, want to make this concept deeply popular. First of all, the most important thing is to improve the quality of public transport service, with the best service to impress passengers and attract passengers. This paper studies the quality and reliability of bus service in Xi'an city, discusses the present situation of the development of bus service quality and the evaluation index of service quality, and selects the most representative security, convenience and economic type. The reliability of bus service reflects that under the condition of road dynamic traffic, the daily operation of public transportation system can complete the task of carrying passengers. To provide a certain degree of service to passengers. This paper uses empirical probability as its reliability index, simple and intuitive reflect the service capacity of public transport. Finally. The efficiency model ADC is introduced briefly and the system efficiency model is used to evaluate the public transport service. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the quality of conventional public transport service in Xi'an. It reflects the current situation of bus service in Xi'an, and provides reference for relevant departments to improve the quality of bus service in Xi'an, and provides a more convenient and fast high quality bus service for citizens.
