大型船舶物資補(bǔ)給搬運(yùn)順序規(guī)劃問題研究

【摘要】:物料搬運(yùn)系統(tǒng)作為物流系統(tǒng)中一個(gè)很重要的子系統(tǒng),也日益為大家所重視,在進(jìn)行該類系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和管理時(shí),所要考慮的主要目的是減少搬運(yùn)時(shí)間和費(fèi)用。大型船舶物資補(bǔ)給物料搬運(yùn)優(yōu)化的目標(biāo)主要是降低搬運(yùn)時(shí)間,以提高大型船舶的機(jī)動(dòng)性。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)優(yōu)化目標(biāo),主要可以從物料搬運(yùn)路徑規(guī)劃和物料搬運(yùn)順序規(guī)劃兩個(gè)方面來考慮,無論是物料搬運(yùn)路徑規(guī)劃問題還是物料搬運(yùn)順序規(guī)劃問題都是NP-hard問題。而物料搬運(yùn)順序規(guī)劃,目前基本上沒有涉及這方面問題的深入研究。但是從本質(zhì)上看,物料搬運(yùn)順序規(guī)劃這個(gè)問題是一類調(diào)度問題,在某程度上與生產(chǎn)調(diào)度問題很類似。 本文在綜合國內(nèi)外對(duì)物料搬運(yùn)路徑規(guī)劃和車間調(diào)度問題研究的基礎(chǔ)上,考慮物料搬運(yùn)順序規(guī)劃的特殊性,對(duì)大型船舶物資補(bǔ)給物料搬運(yùn)順序規(guī)劃問題進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究。將該物料搬運(yùn)順序規(guī)劃問題抽象簡化為帶有一定假設(shè)條件的可描述性問題,結(jié)合車間調(diào)度問題的建模方法與物料搬運(yùn)順序規(guī)劃的特性,針對(duì)物料搬運(yùn)過程中物料可并行搬運(yùn)、同種物料可拆分搬運(yùn)以及物料之間存在互斥等復(fù)雜條件下所導(dǎo)致的物料搬運(yùn)順序不確定性問題,設(shè)計(jì)了多搬運(yùn)工具下物料可并行搬運(yùn)時(shí)的搬運(yùn)調(diào)度策略,建立了以搬運(yùn)時(shí)間最小化為優(yōu)化目標(biāo)的數(shù)學(xué)模型。通過調(diào)度算法分析,提出使用遺傳算法對(duì)該優(yōu)化模型進(jìn)行求解,染色體編碼采用實(shí)數(shù)編碼。并以某艦船物資補(bǔ)給搬運(yùn)順序規(guī)劃為例,應(yīng)用該算法進(jìn)行了求解,結(jié)果表明:不同的搬運(yùn)順序結(jié)果不一樣,,與仿真結(jié)果的一致性也證明了算法的有效性。
[Abstract]:As a very important subsystem of logistics system, material handling system has been paid more and more attention. In the design and management of this kind of system, the main purpose to be considered is to reduce the handling time and cost. The goal of material supply material handling optimization for large ships is to reduce the handling time in order to improve the maneuverability of large ships. In order to achieve the optimization goal, it can be considered from two aspects: material handling path planning and material handling sequence planning. Both material handling path planning and material handling sequence planning are NP-hard problems. At present, there is no in-depth study on material handling sequence planning. However, in essence, the problem of material handling sequence planning is a kind of scheduling problem, which is very similar to the production scheduling problem to a certain extent. Based on the research on material handling path planning and workshop scheduling at home and abroad, and considering the particularity of material handling sequence planning, this paper makes a systematic study on material handling sequence planning for large ships. The material handling sequence planning problem is abstracted and simplified as a descriptive problem with certain hypothetical conditions. combined with the modeling method of workshop scheduling problem and the characteristics of material handling sequence planning, the material can be transported in parallel in the process of material handling. The uncertainty of material handling sequence caused by the separation and handling of the same material and the existence of mutual exclusion between materials is caused by the uncertainty of material handling sequence. The handling scheduling strategy is designed when the material can be transported in parallel under multiple handling tools. A mathematical model is established to minimize the handling time as the optimization goal. Through the analysis of scheduling algorithm, genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the optimization model, and real number coding is used for chromosome coding. Taking the sequence planning of material supply and transportation of a certain ship as an example, the algorithm is applied to solve the problem. The results show that the results of different handling sequences are different, and the consistency with the simulation results also proves the effectiveness of the algorithm.
