進(jìn)水口面積對(duì)噴水推進(jìn)進(jìn)水流道流動(dòng)性能影響

【摘要】:以某平進(jìn)水口進(jìn)水流道為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)改變進(jìn)口的長(zhǎng)度和進(jìn)口處流道背部的曲線形狀建立了4種不同進(jìn)水口面積的流道模型.通過(guò)計(jì)算不同進(jìn)速比(IVR)得到流道內(nèi)流場(chǎng)的流動(dòng)特性,分別從流道出口速度加權(quán)平均角,壁面空化情況、流道過(guò)流損失分析不同進(jìn)水口面積對(duì)進(jìn)水流道流動(dòng)性能的影響.計(jì)算結(jié)果表明:進(jìn)水口面積的增加和流道背部斜面曲線形狀的改變,提高了流道出口截面的出流質(zhì)量,主要表現(xiàn)在IVR在1以下時(shí)流道出流加權(quán)平均角增加1°~2°,進(jìn)水流道上壁面壓力系數(shù)在IVR=1時(shí)軸附近增加0.05~0.1,上壁面與船體相切處增加0.73~0.17,下壁面壓力系數(shù)增加主要表現(xiàn)在IVR較小的情況增加0.1~0.25.流道過(guò)流損失ξ增加0.047~0.007表明流道過(guò)流損失減小.進(jìn)水口面積的增加對(duì)唇角處水流沖擊產(chǎn)生的壓力峰值影響較小.
[Abstract]:Taking the inlet channel of a flat inlet as the research object, four kinds of channel models with different inlet areas are established by changing the length of the inlet and the curve shape of the back of the inlet channel. The flow characteristics of the flow field in the flow channel are obtained by calculating the flow rate ratio (IVR). The weighted average angle of velocity at the outlet of the channel, the wall cavitation and the flow loss of the channel are analyzed to analyze the influence of different inlet area on the flow performance of the inlet channel. The calculation results show that the increase of inlet area and the change of the curve shape of the back oblique plane of the channel improve the outflow quality of the outlet section of the channel, which is mainly manifested in the increase of the weighted average angle of the flow channel by 1 擄~ 2 擄when the IVR is below 1. The pressure coefficient on the upper wall of the inlet channel increases by 0.05 鈮,
